Used For Many Years
We used eFax (previously Venali, it was that long ago) to receive faxes as emails for many years but the number we were receiving had become fewer and fewer until it was no longer required - we hadn't received a fax for a few years.
The end of an era.

Unfortunately, the time to cancel this service has come due to the shutdown of the department that used it.

Overall A Great Online Faxing Service
Overall, I've had a positive experience with eFax during my free trial period, and more so with the excellent customer support provided by Elizabeth V. over the phone.
The only issue I had with eFax was the following: I needed to send a fax in PDF form with fillable colour text to the US, however eFax are aparently only able to fax over black and white documents, and no greyscale or colour text can be transmitted over their fax service. Therefore, in the sent folder and their fax viewing portal, the PDF document entry fields were empty, with only the signature and date remaining visible.
So, I phoned eFax customer support, and Elizabeth was able to suggest a solution, and promptly resolve the issue.
