Cancelling efax
Contacted efax and had a very quick response from Elizabeth V, who sorted out our query/problem. Although we are leaving efax, this is mainly because of lack of use, not from the workings.

Unusual change rectified by customer service
I had a charge that came up during my fee trial. Even though it was possibly a technicality on how much time one of my free faxes took to transmit, Anne L at customer services was patient in searching for this problem. She also sent me a link in how to avoid over charges and organised a refund. I was very satisfied and it was a pleasure to interact with such excellent customer service.

I had an issue with missing invoices
I had an issue with missing invoices, Eveldina emailed them over proptly and put a hold on our account being cancelled. There was then an issue with the payment not going through! again Eveldina was patient and understanding and communicated every few days until we had a resolution. Eveldina then suggested we switch to an annual plan which suited our needs much better now.

Great service and great support
I've been using this fax-to-email service for many years and I'm very happy with the product. It's good to be able to send and receive faxes without needing to have a fax machine.
Customer support is great too, and when I had a recent account issue, Elizabeth V was extremely helpful to help me to sort it out quickly.

Easy cancellation process
As a business we used to use the EFAX service frequently but as the business changed, we haven't used it and in fact, I had forgotten all about it. I only realised we still had the subscription when the annual charge popped up on the company credit card statement. I contacted EFAX via their online chat and the operative Anne helped me out and cancelled the service as we no longer needed it. She was very polite and helpful and the whole process was quick and easy. Thank you, Anne.
