I had a very quick response to my…

I had a very quick response to my request of canceling my subscription. However, it had just renewed and I had asked if I could get my money back and that wasn’t addressed. I mentioned that I wasn’t using it and, again, it’s at the very beginning of the subscription so now I’m paying for nothing for 3 months. Even if it was prorated that I only paid for one month would have been nice. I did appreciate the quick response though.

Be very careful with this app

Be very careful with this app. I used the free trial months ago and hadn’t used it since. I assumed it was cancelled because it didn’t show under my Apple subscriptions, but I was later charged $152.49 with no reminder.

Unsubscribing is not straightforward, and the setup makes it easy to miss ongoing charges. When I contacted support, they refused a refund and pointed to their terms and conditions.

This feels designed to catch people out rather than support users. I would not recommend.

Excellent customer service

I contacted customer service in the middle of the night, requesting a subscription cancelation, hoping I might get a response by morning. I got a response right away, along with confirmation of the cancelation. With so many things being on a subscription, it's hard to keep track of what you want to keep, and harder to contact companies to request cancelations. I was very pleasantly surprised with Nora's quick work to do simply what I requested.

Do not visit their site for anything

Visited site. Never downloaded anything and didn’t subscribe realizing this didn’t look right. Received two charges one for $20 and another for $105. Comoany saying they won’t refund money. Stay away, shame company stoops fraud to generate money. Proves this is a scam.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!

I am very upset as I ordered a 7 day plan for £5.49 only and in the last 6 weeks have been charged £165 on top - taken in various increments - for services I have no knowledge of being signed up for.

There was no obvious way to cancel the subscription either.

I was informed when I contacted them that I wouldn't be entitled to a refund despite never using the services I've paid for without knowing permission.

I would not recommend anyone use this service.

Buyer Beware!

Signed and paid for one month subscription for Airdiet but then was charged double the initial amount for the next 3 months. However, I had never agreed to ongoing charges and I also never received anything from them. Effecto refused me a refund. I then claimed refund via PayPal and was informed by them that Effecto said that I had received the product, in other words they accused me of lying. I am furious that my integrity has been questioned. Do not trust this company.
