This must be a scam. paid the money, It cleared my account. and crickets. i have written several inquiries and called the number several times. The call us line always says wait and a representative will be with you in a minute. three seconds later a male voice comes on and says waiting time is longer than usual. leave a message and we will contact you . Silence!

Terrible and misleading. I filed my forms - paid their fee - paid the expedited fee on June 2, 2025. On June 13 I received an email "We would like to inform you that your case was delivered to the State on 06/09/2025." After numerous follow-ups on I received an email on 7/14/2025 "We appreciate your understanding that the processing time may vary based on the volume of applications the State is currently handling. We have reached out to them to inquire about the status of your case. Rest assured, we will keep you informed and provide updates as soon as we receive any information from them." Then TWO DAYS LATER "We would like to inform you that we have reached out to New York State Department, and they informed us that somehow they have not received your DBA document. SOMEHOW they have not received you DBA document. That's not what you said on 6/9/2025 or 7/14/2025.

I paid $125 for registering a d/b/a, they wasted 6 weeks of my time and did not manage to complete the service I paid for. They acknowledged they could not complete the service. When I asked for a refund they refused.
