Worst e-commerce experience ever.
Do not expect anything to arrive in time, even if you spend extra money for express delivery (if it ever arrives).
Assistance responds a with 2-3 days of delay and their answers are useless.

I chose them because they had a slightly better price than other sites but now I deeply regret my choice.

I'm never going to buy from them ever again.

PS: on their homepage they display a 5/5 trustpilot rating but it is obviously FAKE

I ordered an iPad pro 2020 on 21 of July and now it is 11th of September and the package never delivered to me. The tracking number says it has been delivered to someone else that I don't know!
How irresponsible! Never try to order from this site!! you will never see your package and your money is gone!

Don't buy anything from these they are scammers: I ordered an iphone max, they told me they had shipped it but after 3 months that my hypothetical package was stopped at VENLO in Holland and after countless emails they reply that the package is lost .... THEY ARE THIEVES.

I was a bit worried but they delivered my Sony headphones in a couple weeks at a price 25% lower than Amazon (which wasn't bad either). My only concern is the warranty but things don't really break these days and if they do I think I can get it covered.

- Prodotto indicato come DISPONIBILE, ma in realtà in stockout;
- 3 gg di spedizione, in realtà ordine inserito il 02/12 e spedito il 16/12;
- traccking con frasi automatiche che sono praticamente inutili....
- per fortuna non si tratta di un regalo di Natale e ho pagato con Paypal...speriamo bene!
