I strongly advise people to be very careful with this shop. Based on what I found, this looks like a highly suspicious online store and, in my opinion, not trustworthy.

During my research, I found a UK Companies House registration for EZONE GLOBAL LTD, registered on 23 July 2025 at 54 Kingswood Road, Ilford, United Kingdom. I also found company information for EZONE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore. Despite these registrations, there are serious red flags surrounding this operation.

What concerned me most is that there appear to be many different domain names linked to the same Ezone Global network. These include ezonesglobal.com, ezoneglobal.us, ezoneglobal.com, ezonesglobal.com, ezone.me, ezonepro.shop, and ezglobe.us, along with other very similar domains. Many of these sites seem to use nearly identical website layouts, product listings, payment systems, and contact details.

Several scam detection websites have given these domains extremely low trust scores, in some cases between 0 and 18 out of 100, which is a major warning sign.

My overall impression is that this may be part of a larger network of suspicious online shops operating under different names and domains. I would not recommend buying from them.

Ordered a coffee machine, and received the order confirmation. 6 weeks has passed and no further contact from Ezone Global, despite multiple emails sent to them. The chat feature on their website also doesn’t work.

Scam, Ordered a shed for 330€, no reply, no return and error 404 when entering website...

Never ever use this scam company. Ordered E280 worth of goods and absolutely no communication whatsoever weeks after ordering. I have also being blocked on their website from messaging their so called “customer service”. I have gotten guards involved as this is 100% a pathetic excuse of a scam company

Scammers. I ordered a coffee machine from them, but I already know nothing will ever be shipped because there is absolutely no way to contact this company. Emails? No reply. Website chat? Dead silence. Their “headquarters” are supposedly in New Zealand, but this is clearly a Chinese company. Had I known that before purchasing, I would never have bought from them—especially after previous bad experiences with another Chinese site.

I’ve already reported the transaction to my bank and I’m waiting for a refund. Avoid this site at all costs!

I have ordered pizza trays. A package of socks was delivered. After I complained about it, they offered me to return the package for a refund (to China). (I should pay the costs) or keep the socks and get about 40% of the purchase price refunded. I warn against buying in this store. The stores looks like a German Shop but it is from China. So be careful if you want to order. I will not order ar EZSHop again.
