This experience was very important and I think overall it was time well spent and the associates were very helpful. It took about 4 hrs total and three associates to complete the task. Only category that I was not pleased with was dental because the associates were not able to get coverage for implants. This is actually the only health issue I have pending at this time. I must have this work done asap and now I’m going to have to pay 100 % of the bill. Had I known this I would’ve had the work done already and probably would’ve been finished paying for it. I’ve been waiting for coverage and putting off what I needed done. I am not pleased with the outcome of my dental coverage. Not having multiple health issues makes me an easy fix when looking for coverage. My psychiatrist is also not covered so now I’m going to have to find a new one and I don’t have a habit of changing doctors. In order for me to stay a patient of this doctor I’ll have to pay for each visit. So overall, I am rating the service from you all at 80% satisfaction. That is a C rating. If you would like to improve this rating please contact me so we can go over this again and make the necessary changes. Thank you for your time and once again the procedure was for the most part professionally handled. It will be functional at least for the time being because I don’t have any major health issues at this time.

I did a stupid thing and cancelled my insurance because I THOUGHT I could get it cheaper.
