When you hear so many bad stories about solicitors it was a breath of fresh air with Sheltons. Heather was absolutely fantastic, really on the ball, going above and beyond and I am so grateful for her, and the team, for getting everything over the line. I would recommend Sheltons to anyone.

I can not recommend Shelton's (Bulwell) enough! We used a different solicitor for our sale and after a previous property fell through we used Shelton's for our new purchase. They were amazing, the sellers solicitors were absolutely awful working at a snails pace, when anything was sent Heather dealt with it immediately to speed up our side of the process, we were let down by the sellers solicitors unfortunately. If you emailed Heather for an update or anything you would get a response very quickly (within 30 mins) and even if she was off someone else takes over- you do not get this with other solicitors trust me! If you are moving you will be in good hands use this firm we were so happy with the service. I would definitely recommend and will use for future legal services. Thank you Heather for everything I just wish other solicitors followed your example!

After a recent separation, I unfortunately had a huge amount of debt that belonged to my ex and didn’t think I’d be able to retrieve this money back. I then spoke to Nicole who explained all of my possible routes/options and advised that there are ways that I could retrieve this money back. She has been excellent from start to finish, she was very clear at explaining all of my options and has given me a lot of support along the way. I also had some additional support from Paul.

Beenita was calm, really responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole time making us feel much better. My uncles just passed away and I was told I was the executor of his will, I called up the hucknall branch yesterday to enquire about the will... I was called back a few hours later and told that they are no longer dealing with the will as it was taken back from them in 2023.... so today I spoke to the solicitors again just to enquire about it again...

I was called back by the same woman I had spoken to yesterday for her to be rude towards me stating I am not the executor, her attitude was appalling towards me, she wouldn't let me speak, always spoke over me... she was extremely rude.. and when I asked to speak to the manager she put the phone down on me.. I tried calling back a few times but they wouldn't answer, I had to contact your bulwell branch who apologised for what i just had to deal with and they gave me this email.so I could forward my complaint.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout which i find is rare and Liz Collins, Jodie Bruce and the team were absolutely superb. My house move wasn't straight forward but i felt in safe hands throughout and overall i am really pleased with the service I received. Would definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends.
