getting slipped heavily since…

getting slipped heavily since December... 3-4x bigger sl, had a trade on nas100 SL got slipped by 27$ of priced movement on RAW account. absolute trash broker, it has been like that for months. spare your mental health and money and find some other broker

did not mention minimum amount when depositing funds via crypto on the page.

did not explicitly say to only use ethereum blockchain for the ERC-20 chain.

money gone.
provided them the transaction id, they cant even get it back.

what nonsense is that.
arbitrum is an ERC-20, it will still be received on their end. probably cant be bothered.

first time user. decided to try out this broker as they support tradelocker platform.

Bonus not applied

Unfortunately, my promised bonus of 20% on my deposit has still not been applied, even after 11 days, which in my opinion is unacceptable. Despite several emails, I have not received any updates. I am really frustrated about this.

Payout denial

I started evaluation account on February 9th 2026 and was funded on March 3rd 2026 with a certificate issued to that effect. I traded the account to profit of $3234.33 and requested payout on March 18th 2026. The payout was declined on excuse that the coupon for the purchase was invalid.
The question EightCap needs to answer is how invalid coupons gets allowed on their platform. How many other traders are victims of invalid coupons? Why was i issued a certificate of recognition on a coupon they claim is invalid, why was i funded and on Invalid coupon only to be denied payout after all the efforts and energy decipated.

Update:
Eightcap has responded publicly but has maintained its position privately that no payout will be made. No explanation has been provided as to why the account was allowed to pass evaluation, be certified, and funded if it was not eligible for withdrawal.
