The service provided by EIS was exceptionally good. The advisor that I have was extremely professional, took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Two years ago my husband and I needed to take steps to sort out our finances in order to make plans for retirement. We contacted EIS who then put us in touch with our local advisor Eddie. He quickly arranged to meet us and listened very carefully to our requirements. He then organised a follow up meeting where he presented several options all of which we were encouraged to read and consider whether or not they were agreeable to us. There was no pressure whatsoever. Since then we have had several meetings and we are feeling as secure as we can be in present climate that we are on track with our savings.

Very friendly and helpful service. Explained everything clearly and we were never hurried into decisions. I wish I had got the advice years earlier, left it till I had only 2 years of service before retirement. We are both very pleased with the way our investments are going to date.

My advisor Eddie was great he ensured I fully understood the products available and what would be right for my circumstance. He managed to find a better cover that was tailored for teachers but it was a little more expensive than other quotes for inferior products found by my mortgage advisor and an advisor from a comparison company. He was very accomodating and kept me in the loop through the process. He was even working during his holiday to send off a few documents for me! All this was provided at no cost to me. I would thoroughly recommend the EIS’s financial advisors to all EIS members.
