they are scam, am spend 80 dolars in liquids 1 oct 2020 they take the money and no tracking not response emails today they send me a email saying we can return the mid of your money and very bad service do not order from this site and safe your money for other sites.

This company is by far the worst site I've ever ordered from. My order shipped a week ago and I still haven't received it yet. When I contacted them and they blamed it on USPS and not once did they offer to find the package, they said they would not give me a refund even in one email they told me I could take my business elsewhere. Totally unacceptable customer service. Totally bad experience since I've read some reviews that said it was 2 weeks and some had not received their order and again those people raised concern over ordering from this business again. Can I review them with -5 stars

I would give this company a zero if I could. I order two bottles of juice for a good price. I got a confirmation email shortly after and the next day a notice saying that my juice was on its way. It has been three weeks, and still no juice. When I contacted the company they said they could give me a in store credit, or they could send me a replacement order. Either way, I would never order through this company again.

First of all the person complaining about the bait and switch and not getting their discount.... Yes it does say ONLY EJUICE in those emails that send coupon codes, I've gotten enough of them to know. And this 2 weeks for shipping bull crap, I ordered the 30th and my order will be here tom the 1st... ordered Thursday it was sent out same day and now will be here Saturday that's pretty fast if u ask me not to mention I paid for7 100ml-120ml bottles plus a 200+mystery bag what I would pay for 3 bottles anywhere else.. stop complaining and read the WHOLE email

shipping takes over 2weeks, they will say its cause of usps. but i work for usps and trust me its not that. and they are literally impossible to get ahold of. never order from here no matter what the price is

I placed an order for 2 Suorin Air vapes totaling $35.98 and entered promo code 25today. The $9.00 discount was not taken. After contacting customer service, I was told that the promo is not valid on hardware. Does ANYONE see a hardware disclaimer in that email? I don’t! I am considering contacting the FCC and passing along those emails, to determine if what they are doing is illegal. Legal, or not, I have spent my last hard-earned dollar with these jerks.

This has been my go to place to buy ejuice since discovering them. I buy around 10-15 bottles at a time to offset shipping cost. Shipping times aren't bad either.

Beware of the fact that they will e-mail you and send you text messages to complete your order that you placed in your shopping cart. This ruined a nice surprise I was planning as I was ordering for someone else, and left their phone number in case it was needed to contact them regarding delivery. Reaching out to customer service they just replied with a sarcastic sentence. Not a great way to do business.

The best site for vape juice. Took about 10 days to get my juice and they have a very good selection of flavors, bottle sizes and product brands. I ordered two 120 ml bottles of Big Bottle Co. Juice and with tax and shipping it ended up being about 23 bucks. You CANNOT beat that.

I am an extremely picky vapor. But they always have a great assortment to chose from. I have ordered multiple times from them when my local shop is out of what I like, and can always find great coupons. Everytime I ordered my order was recieved the next day, which surprises me everytime!!

Have placed 3 orders from this company this month. Considering I am on the other side of the country and there's a pandemic occuring, I have been astounded at how quickly the orders process and ship. My last order processed, shipped, and arrived from CA to NY in 3 days. Nice selection of ejuice, great bundle deals, more than reasonable prices, plus they will send you additional discount codes.

Sent photos of a faulty product/packaging and I was called a LIAR even though I wasn't asking for a refund or discount! Just trying to inform them that they had some faulty packaging/products... I will not be ordering from them again when customer service is that incredibly rude for no reason!!

Unexplained shipping costs to Canada. Beyond slow shipping times and the worst customer service I have literally ever experienced. When asked why the checkout process wouldn't allow me to ship to Canada I was told that I had no reason for being told that the system can't ship to my address other then to try a smaller amount. I asked for help getting my complete order and was told they won't help me get the order placed. Long story short I had to remove half the items in my cart to get it shipped to Canada with a $30 dollar shipping charge. Competition does a much better job of getting you what you need on time and helps you work out the kinks in their systems these guys are a bunch of goons who send you spam emails and don't give a damn about the customer.

Okay, so I have read allot of the reviews, good & bad, with the bad reviews, it was either their shipment never came in or it was the wrong product to expired e-juices and I figured it could have some errors that slipped through the cracks, considering that they have allot of positive reviews.

Anyhow, I did order 3 bottles of Chubby Vapes "Razz" and I have been using this e-juice for quite sometime, so I know how this particular e-juice is suppose to taste.

1 of the 3 bottles that came in, the seal was already broken, was not happy about that, then I checked the other two and they seem to be fine, so I opened one of the 2 where the seal was still in tact and I prime a fresh coil for about 1 hour & 30 Minutes and worked the wattage at a low range to my normal range like usual so the cotton doesn't get burnt.

At first, I thought i just need to break my coil in a little more, but the flavor wasn't there and there was a distinct taste coming from it that I have never had coming from this juice that I have been vaping on for quite sometime.

I thought maybe it was just a bad coil and I decided to put in another new coil and try the other bottle that still had the seal in tact, opened that, filled my Sigelei snow wolf tank up with a new coil and my Aegis Geek Vape Solo Mod with a new coil in that Cerberus tank to test it out and see if there is a problem with this e-juice that I ordered.

Sure enough, in both tanks, flavor is definitely way off and there is something else chemically that i was tasting, I am very disappointed in my order and more than likely, this juice that I ordered is either most definitely expired or there's something else wrong with it.

I am not usually the one who cares to write bad reviews because I truly want people to succeed but when it comes to having products, you want to make sure that those products are still good so the customer is happy and if I pay for something that has gone bad/expired or whatever the cause was for the way my e-liquid tasted, now I feel like I lost out, pretty disappointed, I wont be ordering from this website again.

Love this site! Have only ordered fron them twice but they are a fantastic company with competitive prices! During Covid shipping can be delayed since they aren't working full time, but you will get your products! Definitely reccomend!

Bought my product, received my product and would have been happy leaving a good review until it broke less than a week later. I am fairly easy to please but they offered zero help. No refund, no replacement, no return. Nothing. Online stores require an extra level of customer service to keep consumers coming back. I feel like I was basically told "we got your money so too bad so sad". Therefore this consumer will explore the 72,200,000 other results when searching for an online vape shop. Good luck to you.
