I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I received a discolored and stale juice, reached out via email and got a gift card. I ordered more juice (same brand different flavor) and believe it or not but this one was also OLD AND DISCOLORED. I reached out to them via email once again and was told to take my business elsewhere. Is that really how you respond to upset customers???? So disappointed in this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Really great company, had an issue where a bottle came with a defected seal and they instantly issued me a replacement.

The prices are also unbeatable here, the bundles and deals they have are incredible.

The support team is second to none, almost instant replies from a real person, yes a real person, you don't have to deal with a computer lol.

Would recommend this place to anyone!

My first order with this company was a good experience. I’ve been vaping the same juice for almost a year so I’m very familiar with its taste. However, my last order that came in was absolutely terrible!!! It had the worst taste ! It tasted stale & expired. I ended up having to go to a local vape shop to get a new bottle of juice 🙄 super disappointing

I ordered from this company once and received my e liquids. The second 2 times I never received it . The second time it said USPS said they are returning the item to the company . I told them this and they had the nerve to say they only give store credits. When I asked for a store credit they had the nerve to tell me they usually wait for the item to be returned to them !!! Really!! Finally they give me the store credit and I order again . This time the package said delivered and I never received it . I just emailed them and went off!! They charge 7$ bucks for shipping and still they obviously ship it the cheapest non reliable way possible.

I bought from here for the first time a few days ago and my order arrived today. I got some one up vapor in 3mg and 2 bottles of humble salts in 35mg. Everything came neatly packed and clean. They wrapped up the juice very nice and tight in bubble wrap and included my invoice as well. As a first time buyer I'm very happy! I'll go through their store more and if they stock the flavors I like I'll absolutely buy from them again.

So happy with my purchase! Ordered roughly 8 bottles of juice on Friday, they arrived Monday! They were packaged in peanuts & everything came in tip top shape! So happy! Will def order more!

This company is crap. I waited days for my order to ship and it never did. Had to contact two different people and neither of them were any help. Andy (second person i talked to) couldnt have cared less. He happily canceled my order without any attempt to resolve the issue. Terrible will never order again from them.

I would honestly rate them a negative5 star review if possible,stay as far away from this site as possible,let's see,the cost is high for the product,they charge you way above the actual shipping cost and a shipping insurance,the shipping you pays says delivery in 2-3 days and what they do is generate a label but don't ship the item for 4 days,and if you ask politely about you order they say they have nothing to do with it that it's with they're "shipping handler"?(USPS)? So they lack responsibility,after my order took 6 days to get here I had a damaged bottle(which was actually opened) and I tell them that over half of a 100ML bottle leaked in my package and they ask what flavor it was,that they issue store credit,ok if it's "store" credit,what does it matter what flavor when I got 2 of the exact same items just different flavors,....this place is absolutely horrible,also you cannot leave reviews on they're site so they're "reviews" aren't real,it's them making them look real..if they didn't treat me so horribly then I wouldn't mind the cost,or the bottle damage,but they treat you like your a problem not a paying customer...
