An excellent service at a very good price
After contacting many different companies re the works required to our pumping station, Ekoflow came back with by far the best price. Being suspicious of this this, I asked them for a detailed breakdown of their service, which they were happy to provide. On the day the works were carried out, their engineer arrived at the time given, was very personable and professional, went above and beyond and explained all that he had done. I then received a detailed report of the works carried out later that day.

Ekoflow: a top-class company
We have used Ekoflow for the last three years, and they have always given us brilliant and expert service. Recently, we had an emergency with our sump alarm and when I telephoned Ekoflow, I was given a same-day appointment; the engineer was knowledgable, thorough, and gave us excellent advice for future maintenance. I can wholeheartedly recommend this excellent company.

Pumping station refurbishment
Got a speedy site visit from the boss, quotation promptly received. Booked in speedily by competent and polite company PA. The team arrive super early even before my security gates open at 7AM. An unpleasant kind of job done tidily and efficiently.
Supporting paperwork and photos received within a day. Cheaper than alternative and existing supplier. Will run with Ekoflow Ltd for annual servicing. Great stuff
