I'd definitely use this company again

I'd definitely use this company again. The efficiency and friendliness of the service provided, and the good value of the item I purchased .

The speed of response to my emails, and the despatch of my purchase were excellent.

Both Lara and Karen from Customer Service were extremely helpful throughout the process. They kept me updated throughout the process as to how my order was progressing and answered my follow up questions efficiently and effectively.

The item was reasonably priced and included postage.

The item was delivered within a few working days too.

We ‘lost’ the inner ring from our bin…

We ‘lost’ the inner ring from our bin and Eko customer service were very quick and helpful in replacing it. Quite a pricy part, but cannot fault Karen Sims for keeping us uptodate from initial enquiry through to checking all was ok within minutes of it being delivered. Continuity is so rare these days, so well done Eko and Karen.

Contacted EKO with issue on bin…

Contacted EKO with issue on bin closure. Even though 5 years old, they diagnosed problem and then sent me replacement parts plus video to show how to install. Then followed up to check everything was ok. Great service - above and beyond

Excellent customer service from Ekohome…

Excellent customer service from Ekohome . Very efficient and prompt service following a discount I had forgotten to apply. Within a short period it was addressed and sorted out very well. Would definitely recommend Ekohome and use them again.

I love my Eko sensor bin

I love my Eko sensor bin. Bought it last year and I think I reviewed then but want to post again to say how great it is and how much better than the cheaper sensor bins (which break every few months and deposit batteries in the waste when taking the lid off = false economy). The build quality is great. It still looks brand new after almost a year and it's so easy to use and keep clean. Initially the sensor was a bit sensitive as my countertop is close to it but I managed to fix this with a small judiciously placed dab of permanent marker - made it perfect (not recommending you do this without discussing with Eko though as it may invalidate your warranty!) I highly recommend this product. If you're thinking they're expensive - there's a good reason for that. Hard to find better sensor bins. My parents liked it so much they bought one themselves.

Putting it right

The sensor on my new sensor bin didn’t work - Customer Services were prompt and efficient in sending a replacement by DPD - I think you should always judge a company many by how they own mistakes, and EKO were excellent!!!

I had an issue with my EKO bin after a few years of use, and while the replacement part was reasonably priced and the customer service was quick to respond, the product itself didn’t hold up as well as expected. Overall, decent service, but the durability could be better. 3 stars.

Super helpful

All I needed was a new bin clip and some perfume sachets for our bins. Lara, at customer services, went above and beyond to help me out. Any company that will make an effort with such a small order is worth promoting in my book.

Absolutely fantastic service from EKO…

Absolutely fantastic service from EKO Home. Had one of their indoor bins, and needed a new lid. They absolutely bent over backwards to try and match up the model, and we worked out that another lid would probably fit. A previous customer had advised them that it was compatible so we took a chance. It fitted absolutely perfectly and saved us from having to buy a complete bin. Their customer service was exemplary and they did absolutely everything they could to assist us. Do not hesitate to buy from them.

I had purchased a bin online but the inner bin was missing

I had purchased a bin online but the inner bin was missing and needed to be replaced. When i reaced out to the customer service team i expected the usual disinterested, standard response but encountered quite the opposite.
Not only were they very friendly, helpful and informed, they went even further to support my request and ordered a specific item in to support.
I truly wish all customer service teams could function as Karen and team, since we would all be much happier!

Customer services were so prompt and thorough when the courier damaged our bin during delivery. They couldn’t have been more helpful- a very happy customer!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Looking for replacement parts and communication was excellent, friendly helpful emails kept me informed and payment was easy and safe. Parts received in good time. Only downside was Evri delivered parcel, photo showed it going into letterbox when in fact parcel was left on the doorstep. I was home at time so no problem occurred.

I needed a new lid for my phantom…

I needed a new lid for my phantom sensor bin. They supplied this at a reasonable cost and they responded to my request and subsequent emails promptly and efficiently. Lid arrived very quickly and they followed up to make sure it had arrived safely. Highly professional team at Customer Services. A credit to the company

Ordered replacement lid flaps for our EKO recycling bin due to damage by a tradesperson who spilt acid on it. Lara from EKO customer services was extremely helpful in arranging delivery swiftly and communication was excellent. Replacing flaps was easy thanks to the bin design. Very pleased. Thank you!
