Received my new wallet which turned out to be defective. I immediately contacted Ekster by email and received a quick response. Told them the mechanism was defective and sent video of the issue. Received a response the same day and was told they would send a replacement. Within 2 weeks got a new wallet and it works wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Bought a wallet and money clip for $161 for my son for Christmas and it broke in his hands as he stood in front of me on 1/2/2026. We have both tried to engage Ekster through a warranty claim and emails in early January and have no response to date. When I log in it says item returned, yet we have received no correspondence from Ekster. Not happy with product and customer service. Below in a response, Ekster says they have sent an email and they have not in fact sent an email. No email received.

I bought 3 trackers as Christmas presents. One of the recipients needed an iPhone version instead of the Android one that I bought. I contacted Ekster and received a prompt response to organize an exchange. They handled everything very professionally and smooth. I am very satisfied!

I purchased two Ekster wallets for Christmas gifts and GLS lost track of the package. Ekster customer service dealt with it very promptly and sent out a repeat order for free. It happens GLS screwed up the second delivery but they both package eventually got to me and Ekster told me not to worry about returning them. Thanks.

Had my Ekster leather wallet for over a year when the mechanism which lifts the cards in the wallet broke. I contacted Ekster, let them know what happened, and they replaced the wallet with a brand new one at NO CHARGE! The folks at Ekster were a pleasure to do business with. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic service. Bought an Ekster wallet almost two years ago. It was nice and worked well but the mechanism failed recently. I contacted their support and was immediately sent a new replacement. Great cardholder. My credit cards and driver's license always pop out and extremely easy to get to them. The quality of the build is exceptional. Overall it just works great and I also like the size and look of it. I bought the MagaSafe cardholder with the additional Nano cardholder. The magnet is very strong and both cardholders have a very strong attachment. Only 1 criticism, the finder card has a very weak magnetic bond and I had to send it back. The refund from it was very prompt.

I bought three Ekster Wallet Pros over the holidays and all recipients including myself absolutely love our first foray into the “minimalist wallet” world! The Black Friday pricing was very attractive and the delivery was problem free. I also had a couple of product questions which the support team answered very quickly. After having a technical issue with my Apple Finder Card I contacted Ekster Support who were excellent. They helped me to resolve the issue and even offered to replace my Apple Finder Card with a new one

The cash band that broke was not available to order. The staff got the band from replacement parts. They sent the band free of charge adding it to the value of the Ekster Wallet. The Ekster team went above and beyond to get me a replacement band.
