Created a return request within 5 minutes of opening the Ekster box. I was looking for a thin wallet and the description suggested it was .4” thick, however, without any additional cards, the Ekster wallet was .75” thick. In addition, the main card holder required a minimum of 6 cards; otherwise, the cards could easily fall out. The card trigger and wallet material appeared to be decent, but if doesn’t hold the cards properly, the Ekster wallet is not worth the money.
Oh, then there is the return fee. :(. Ekster falsely posts incorrect dimensions, and I have to pay to return it. Nice!
UPDATE:
I was pleased when Ekster refunded me the return fee, however, I am disappointed they have not updated the size specifications. This is misleading and will only lead to more returns. They should have made the necessary correction immediately.
UPDATE #2:
DO NOT TUST Ekster product specifications, as they are making false claims that can easily be corrected, but continue to mislead consumers. Their wallet dimensions have not been updated 4 weeks after reporting the error.

Got some stuff from them like a cardholder and a tracker. Had some issues with the tracker but they send me a new one straight away. What surprise me is that their support department is spot on . I send an email close to midnight and i got an answer in 2 minutes . They really like to take care of their clients

I bought my husband a new Ekster wallet ~8 months ago. He had his previous one for years and it was time for a new one. We had a small issue with his new one and, after reaching out, they were quick to replace it without making us jump through hoops. Customer support was friendly and easy to work with. Great company.

I will give them 10/5 if possible, this is the first time a company reaches out to see if everything is OK, actually my card never worked so I just didnt used it. I let them know that and WOW, they were on it and send me the latest model free of charge. It is working great, but the service and communication top notch. I applaud the CS department for their effort.

I’ve used my vacuum bags for two trips now. I’m impressed with the quality of the bag, it seems to be durable, however I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the vacuum. I’ve used the vacuum less than 10 times and it’s already broken. I appreciate the warranty and customer service did respond quickly to send me a new one, however I’m currently travelling, so these bags are somewhat useless right now. Hoping it was a one off issue and the new vacuum will last longer.

I received a cardholder as a gift a couple of years ago and it served me well, but the elastic band holding the tracker degraded in time. I was hoping to buy a new band, but Ekster sorted me out with a new everything (except tracker). Was more than i was hoping for.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife bought me an eckster wallet. She got me this wallet for Christmas, so she gave it to me before we traveled. Through the airport I notice a credit card on the ground. It’s mine. I put it back in the wallet and again, we get to the rental car, 2 fall out this time. Contact eckster to return it due to manufacturing defect, they refuse your money back. They will only give you a gift card. I don’t trust this company anymore. If you were smart, you wouldn’t either.

Overall experience was good to great. I purchased a carbon fiber key case, and the item was a quality product, shipped timely, and exactly as described on the website. The only issue I have with the product is with the clip provided to attach the key case to other keys (e.g., key fob for vehicle). The clip provided was open on one end and after using the key case for about 1 - 1/2 months the clip started to separate. Eventually, the clip no longer held on to the key fob. I had a clip from an earlier key case, and I was able to replace the newer clip with the old clip. That made all the difference, and there are no longer any separation issues. Otherwise, GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I had ordered a product from ekster but when it arrived in Turkey, I was told that I could not import. I immediately contacted Ekster customer services who immediately helped me and let me get a refund of the item after I returned it. I bought two vacuum bags, and one of them didn't remove the air properly. Customer service was very responsive; after I sent a video of the defective bag, they sent me a replacement free of charge. Excellent service and a great product.
