This company is a total scam and has stolen my money. Please, whatever you do, do not purchase this service. Any good review you read on them is 100% fake. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

The app stopped working after a few uses. Reached out to customer service for help, and they responded fairly quickly. I decided to delete the app and request a refund (within the week). However, customer service never responded. Emailed back THREE TIMES and never got a response. After two months, I disputed the transaction through my bank. After they lost the dispute, they refunded me.

I have 4 questions for Ektor.
1. One time fee for software without demo. How is it feasible?
2. All their links of reviews are with low authority websites, why?
3. Why people complain about 14 days no money refund.?
4. Why every tech guy claims Ektor is stolen code from Github?

The software worked the first few months as advertised: following/unfollowing, story views, likes and so on. I even got one free update in February.
However, a month ago I noticed what while the software stated that it followed accounts nothing actually happed in the Instagram app and the following count remained the same. Probably the same goes for story views, but I cannot check those. So I guess the Ektor.io App just started pretending to do something while actually nothing happened in the account itself.
I contacted Ektor.io by e-mail and through the website, but 3-4 weeks later I did not get an answer.
I would not say the software is a scam since it worked for me for a while but I guess Instagram got the best of them.

This is by far the WORST service I used for growing Instagram followings. Never trust anything on their website, this company is absolutely a scam and you'll never get your money back (although they guarantee a 14-day money-back on their website), and you'll be stuck with a software that is forever in sleep-mode.

Since Ektor stopped running and went into a sleep-mode, I paused using it for 2 months and tried again. Same thing. Their customer service is just a chatbot and you'll never be able to get in touch with a real person.

All the positive reviews on Trustpilot are fake so please don't trust them, and save your money!!

Working bot for getting new Instagram real followers.

Ektor has increased my Instagram followers to 3.5k from zero in less than 2 months.

So after trying many automated services this one (understand new) is still very basic and does not allow you to really simplify your ideal audience if that's what you are looking for like I was. (Example by gender and account size) I realised this within 3 hours and emailed il Ektor.io instantly - fast forward nearly 2 months ago over 10 emails I had one pointless response about sending a report (to do with service not my refund) which I replied and explained not needed just my refund as promises on website and nothing.

With any business customer service is one of the most important and the fact that have an auto responder I know its landing in someones inbox and they are just not responding!

Would not recommend and have used others cheaper that are more advanced

Great Sw, works as described. Very safe with high activity. Would be awesome with the fuctionality to filter users (business, number of followers, etc)

Its great that avoids getting ban but some features are missing would love to recommend it to the team

Waist 149,- because the software didn't work and they don't do a refund because your IG-account is not banned with their software.
Also they don't react at all, very poor service and total scam.

ps. all the 5 star reviews over here are fake though!

Ektor provides all the features you need to grow your IG with a good speed. Choosing the right target you get real followers that stay. We love the feature that you can see the cool conversion rate of your targets.

Dynamic and easy to use! I just wish it could be monitored from an app!

UPDATE- No customer service response still, ignored many emails now. They refuse to honour the refund policy they have advertised. I will dispute my purchase with my credit card company as these guys are terrible.

Oh they also tried to dispute/have my review with Trustpilot removed, nothing like trying to stop customers warning other!
