The program has a big limitation, running only when your computer is online and most of the time will not be able to connect to your account, entering in a perpetual sleeping mode. You ending up spending more time login in and out than achieving good results, a total waste of money and time. Customer service is automated so they never get back to you and you have no direct contact. Very disappointing.

The application is working fine and the pricing plan is awesome :)

Do not absolutely buy the product, it does not do what is described and even in the face of multiple emails, I have never been able to speak with the support and consequently to obtain the refund that I would have been entitled to during the 14-day trial period. A real theft, you must be ashamed

I purchased Ektorio after reading all of the great reviews on Trustpilot, and WOW was it a scam. After submitting payment, I went through the super sketchy process of downloading the software (instructions provided are vague, bare bones, and not a great English translation). It was confusing to get to the dashboard, but I finally got it running and added a simple task to like hashtags. It ran for a couple minutes, then failed and has not worked since. For a few days I was unable to launch the dashboard, and once I was able to eventually access it, it wouldn't run any tasks.

Customer service on the site is absolutely non-existent. There's a service bot that you can send a request through, but don't expect an email back. I submitted several service requests for help getting things running, then after days of radio silence, sent in a request for a refund. No response. They obviously added me to their email list because I started receiving constant emails about how great the service is, but they never responded to anything else. I'm having to try and reverse the charge through my credit card company now since they refuse to even try to help. Don't waste your time or money trying to use this service, it's overly complicated and simply doesn't work.

I have been banned by instagram. For several days support was eager to write back to the e-mail, and after asking for a refund, the contact was broken. No reply for two messages for two months.

I have been using Ektor for three months and so far it has been great. It runs slow and steady in the background without any problems.

When it works it's ok, however; the software continues to go to sleep and will not awake to start following more accounts repetitively. Over the course of a week, Ektor.io only followed 20 accounts AND I was using a very fast proxy. This a problem. It should follow more accounts without going to "sleep". So far, I have yet to see the true value in paying $150 for this software if it cannot follow accounts without stopping.

Good program easy to use

I've only had Ektor.io for a couple of days. The good, the program works when you get it set up. It's relatively user friendly and easy to navigate. The bad, customer service/support is via email and extremely slow for someone like me that runs a marketing company. I had issues with setting up multiple accounts and the 2-factor authentication and being signed into multiple accounts. Im not finding any instructional videos, docs, or resources, and the only way to reach out to support as mentioned is email, which is frustrating for someone like me who is relatively tech savvy. Overall, I think the company has a great program and coding, and is in the building stage. I'm willing to continue to use the program to see long term results, and am very interested in the coming updates and capabilities. I only hope they can get a better customer service process.

Used for a month, was very happy, BUT!!!
after the one month it stopped working, none of the actions work. Ofc thing will happen and I know Instagram will be watching, but the thing is:

As soon as things stop working for you, so will the customer service from ektor.io. After sending over 10 emails regarding my issues I have gotten NOTHING but replies from their automatic bots. Now its been 2 weeks since I sent the last email hoping for help. No reply, no help, no nothing.

They promise a full refund for IG blocking your account, and that is simply not true. They will just stop answering you and you will be all on your own.

Hope this review helps you in deciding if you really want to spend such a high amount on a product where the customer service are non exisiting and issues are 100% to happen every now and then.

I do not recommend this bot as it will only last for a short time.

I am still learning to work the software but I see how it works. It has been safe so far. I hope in the future there is more ways to learn how to use it, but besides that I am pleased so far.
