The ease in getting support and suggestions to resolve any issues you sustain with the use of their products. The couple request I have had with Ekwb with regards to problem with their products were death with expeditiously. Just straight up solutions, no quarrels. My cpu cooler broke down (the pump) on…
My cpu cooler broke down (the pump) on my main composing machine. I contacted them through support and had clear guidances to get help and submit my issue. Very quickly they noticed the issue and helped me out with a replacement due the current model is out of production.
Their services is tip top and it’s even my first attempt as a new customer. I’m very pleased.

All items broken despite QC stickers
This company will send you items with quality testing stickers on them that don’t work & leak - every item in my order was defective - then they make you pay for the privilege to ship them back. - it’s ironic due to the lack of customer service and attitude of the company for this reason the data center company I work for will be buying from AQUA-TUNING instead. Hope these guys wake up to the fraud they’re involved in.
I would avoid if possible, as mentioned Aquatuning has been a viable alternative for me,

EKWB...the only one that wrote back with a reply in under a day with solutions and sound advice. Corsair replied three days later just linking to there custom configuration. Aqua computer and HLAB alas still no reply 3 days later.

Personal experience with EK
Great products reinforcers by great support. A bit pricey but you get what you paid for.
Maybe there is a way for EK to make user serviceable AIOs. Replaceable fluid, gasket other parts and torque specs might work.
