No way they can be trusted
After having our mother in the care home Langley Oakes for 2 years which has been taken over by Eleanor health care on the 1st April we would urge you to look elsewhere to place your loved ones.
It wasn’t till we legally installed a camera into her room that we found out there are false reports from carers and staff, and a total lack of security.
In one incident a male resident undressed and climbed into out mothers bed. In another incident a male resident physically assaulted our mother leading to the police being called.
And the most recent incident was the same resident entering our mothers room dropping his trousers and urinating into her waste bin in front of her
