Volta VSX is a great electric moped for an affordable price. The staff is very kind and helpful and the delivery was very quick.

Avoid do not buy from here item comes damaged and all the parts are loose on I could of killed my self I’m glad I got a professional round to fix there mistakes

Avoid this company at all cost ,bike came damaged after taking 3 weeks to come even though it says 5-7 days,then took another 2 weeks before it got repair,the repair man who can out said it was dangerous to ride and they should not of sent the bike out, a ten minute job turned out to be 3 1/2 hours to get it right and they could of had a law suit on there hands ,they said it's product checked in Turkey,but they never even checked it here ,they refunded me £50 ,then it cost the company another £180 for the repairs ,so if you buy anything from these please get it checked out or better still don't do it .

bought a X5 merlin, easy and quick purchase, i had to wait a while for the paperwork from DVLA but all good. excelent bike, allows me to zip about with no fuss or parking issues. to work every day and then shops on way home.. brilliant well pleased. thanks

Scam. They will take your money, then cancel your order and not refund you. No communication about anything.

As of day 13.06.2023 not a single notice about the situation has been published by the owner neither on their FB page or their main page. This gives a clear image of this company beeing a front for this whole scam operation. Please read the review below for more details.

They are scaming people on Upwork for facebook data and steal acces to pages, credit cards. They message you to make a deal for an ad campaign and then they send you a pack containing ransomware.

Well then why there isn't any official statement or anything anywhere saying that you have been hijacked. People for sure are still buying your products on the page and since its hijacked they are giving their sensitive data to the hijacker. Don't you have any cybersecurity measurements in your company? If not its a shame. Im not retracting my review untill the situation is succesfuly resolved.

Edit2: And it really took a bunch of reviews on couple of pages for You to take action... This is very concerning since you gave a lot of details about the whole situation. Im waiting for the Facebook page statement then if fulfilled i will honor the deal and take down my review. But your way of dealing with this is reprehensible. Trustpilot is all about security and safety and you're not providing security nor safety by keeping this information so long to yourself.

Avoid at all cost. Useless customer service and the director of the company isn’t much better. All products are just cheap imports go on aliexpress, you’ll get the same product for less. Would of given a worse rating but unfortunately you can’t rate minus stars !!!!

We got there in the end!
We had a confirmation e mail re order of a scooter. However, five days later we had heard nothing and worried that we had been scammed.
I telephoned the company several times and the phone was not picked up. Eventually, I got through and a refund was arranged-apparently the bike we had ordered had faults...

They got some really nice bikes on sale this company did not meet me halfway that is why I give them to stars, just be careful which bike you pick when ordering as they have two bikes on sale that look identical the only difference was 1 had a removable battery and 1 one did not what I ended up buying the one that had no removable battery I told them I didn't want it but the very next day day because of their misleading advert one was more expensive than the other so naturally I went for the one that was cheaper had the same size motor could ride the same speed but it just didn't have a removable battery it had old-fashioned battery that was non-removable thinking I could stop the order with it being 24-hours later I was told it was impossible to cancel the order unless I paid the £25 so you see you must always always ask questions about the product with the people in charge before you make your purchase and because I actually chose a bike that didn't have a removable battery I was very disappointed when I asked for exchange because the one I ordered had not been posted out to me yet I was told I couldn't have an exchange unless I was going to pay a cancellation fee of £25 and then give him the full cost for the next bike while waiting for the refund so I chose not to buy the second one until I got a full refund and now I got my full refund and I've changed my mind about buying the one I originally wanted because of the big fuss it took just to sort this out, I thought to myself just don't get involved just just buy from somewhere where els thinking you can just exchange your order that is not been posted out to you over the telephone pay the difference and have the correct one posted to you this company wasn't able to do that without trying to throw in an extra £25 cost on my part which I refused to pay just to cancel the one that they had not sent me i ask for refund and they said no ☹️ and started giving me a SOB story about why they could not give me back my money so I took it further with PayPal if it was my business I would have had my own way of doing things to suit the customer, I would have just been able to correct the order for them being as it had not been posted out yet set and send them the right order and make them pay the difference over the phone but I would not put any cancellation charges on them especially as the item has not been posted out it would have been different if the item was already on its way to me so I can't understand why these people were so difficult in sorting out the order to get me to buy a product that I didn't want they wanted me to wait for the delivery to arrive but I chose not to go through all that hassle and end up signing for something I didn't want I decided to go to PayPal and explain that to them and they got me my refund and now I'm happy 😊 I would still buy from these people but I will make sure I made the correct order next time because I know that they will not meet me halfway I definitely would not recommend this company
