Real people to advise and support!
There was a lot of choice, very fair pricing and you were able to speak directly with the team. There were some delays (inevitable with global transport issues) but these were regularly communicated and where delays seemed too long other alternatives were provided. I am very happy with my car and service.

Great experience, active communication, easy process!
Both Louis and Muhammad helped me recently complete the purchase of a new car via Electric Car Salary Sacrifice. From first engagement with Louis through to delivery and support from Muhammad, I had personal contact points who helped me with all (a lot) of my questions and issues. This was a first for me, using a scheme like this, so whilst the comprehensive documentation and web portal answered a lot of questions, there was still plenty I needed some further help with.
The overall speed/turnaround was as expected for this type of lease (maybe quicker as the car was already in stock) but ultimately any delays or challenges, there was good communication to ensure I understood next steps etc.
Great experience overall, heavily driven by the personal service and help provided. Thank you!

Great service
My second lease with ECS. I had excellent support, particularly from Ben Smallbone and Octavia Hutchings who got me into the car that I wanted at a great price. Delivery was straightforward, including a change of location at the last minute.
They make admin very easy, both for employers and employees.
Highly recommend.

It didn't get off to a great start but the guys supported me to find a suitable second choice car which I was happy with.
When I queried the delivery timelines, they proactively contacted me and worked to help me understand why the delay and what options I had to speed up delivery.
When I subsequently needed to cancel my order (external, work related factors) they were super supportive
