Item hasn't arrived
Item hasn't arrived so I can't comment on the item.
Delivery was set for Wed 6 Dec. But nothing was delivered, when checking Royal Mail website it just says in Southampton and has been since the 6 Dec.
After writing this post delivery has now happened, 12 Dec. And item recieved in good condition. I also recieved a phone call from customer service apologising for the delay and so I have amended my review to reflect the excellent customer service. Will be using Electric Games again in the future.

Really pleased with service
First time of purchasing from Electric Games but it won't be the last. The purchase is a Christmas gift for my son and was straightforward. I was kept up to date with the delivery and arrived in a few days. The price was very competitive too.

Brilliant company. Smooth transaction dealt with speedily and fast delivery. RoboCop PS5
Never purchased from here before but this game was the cheapest i could find. It also said via the website that it would be posted in time for Pre Release.
Unfortunately it wasn't but recevied a phone call from Danny who was very apologetic, which was good of him as he didn't have to call, i appreciated the effort.

I've used Electric Games several times now, and I continue to be impressed with their prices and their speedy service!
I was also very happy to see that since the last time I used EG for a pre-order, they have upgraded their free deliveries from "Royal Mail Signed For™" to "Royal Mail Tracked 24™", which provides greater detail about where the parcel is on its journey and when it is expected to arrive.

Amazing store and experience
Amazing store, first time ordering spiderman 2.
And yeah its true, they do deliver earlier than the release date! I got it 1 day early.
Unfortunately my preorder bonus code was missing which isnt a big deal but would love to get that sorted.
Edit: contacted them and they sorted the preorder bonus issue within 1 day. Good customer service.
