We help customers find a better electricity and gas plan. Based in Melbourne, Australia we compare residential, business and new connection energy plans from a panel of preferred suppliers. Our purpose is to offer you free, honest and independent advice on which plan best suits your needs, whether it be the cheapest deal, energy type, contract or no contract, we will find you the perfect plan. Then to top it all off once you're happy with our recommendation, we'll sort all the paperwork out for you and arrange the set up. Then all you have to do is wait for your next meter reading or move in date and your new supplier will take over the billing. The best thing is you don't pay a thing for our service, you have a 10 business day cooling off period if you're a little unsure, and if you're happy with the arrangement you'll be on your way to cheaper electricity and gas.

The advice I received was exactly what any one could wish for. It was prompt, clear, concise, and delivered in clear, readily understood language. The change over benefits and arrangements were easily explained and digested, as was the prompt follow up email. The only work I had to undertake was the initial phone call. I highly commend Electricity Wizard to everyone.

I now realise I have been deceived into…
I now realise I have been deceived into believing I was signing up to an ACTewAGL product. I quoted my ACTewAGL account number anyway and clearly stated that I was wishing to have an account with a significant reduction for electricity in the 11am to 3pm windows. Electricity Wizard was not mentioned in the conversation. I feel as though I have been scammed..
