Not good service. Can’t get hold of them on the number provided on the website. Don’t reply when send a email. And you speak to a robot when ask to talk to a human they are always busy. I purchased the Neo outlaw 20” on 13th July. My son’s birthday was on 28th July. He was on it for 20 mins then battery died put on charge but still hasn’t turnt on. Got a very disappointed 10 year old. And I’m £600 down on bike that wont charge. Not helpful at all. SCAM

This company gave me really excellent advice on purchasing a battery and subsequently on removing the old battery and installing the new one. I could not have done it without Sid's help. My grandsons electric car has stood unused as I never had the confidence to do anything about it. The communication is outstanding and I received follow up replies almost instantly for my questions. The delivery was excellent too, it arrived the day after ordering it. I recommend this company for all these reasons, definitely 5*.

DO NOT BUY! Awful experience, sold an item which doesn't work, customer service rude and hopeless, now left with a item that doesn't work and money down!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Purchased a electric range rover for my daughters birthday, arrived quickly and safe. The delivery driver was extremely helpful. However unpacking I noticed a sticker was missing, this owner was extremely helpful, he even delivered personally to my house and wouldn’t let me pay any extra.
Would highly recommend this business for children’s electric. Customer service is spot on.

Ordering was made easy with good links to spare parts. Order placed & delivered within a few days. Tracking updates were excellent. Unfortunately I ordered a 6V battery instead of 12V. 2nd order (correct battery) also received within a few days & refund for 1st order processed within a few days. Overall very happy with e2e experience.

Purchased a porsche 911 ride on. Excellent quality and brilliant service from the team. My son has been riding it all day with his friends. Comfortable 2 seater and very powerful car. Has 2 speeds which is very handy.

Purchased a classic BMW ride on, arrived quickly. Chose the option to assemble myself all was very straight forward. Had a little trouble understanding how the wheels attached but after a quick email that was answered almost immediately the quirey was resolved. This was all followed up by a courtesy call to make sure everything was OK. Nice customer service. Very pleased. Thank you.

Absolutely rubbish supplier!! After purchasing a electric bike for my son for Christmas he used this 2x then it broke! i spoke to them via messenger in which I had to wait to get the part from abroad! They sent me the part weeks later at first no instruction! I told them I shouldn’t be fixing this without any experience ! However they sent a vague video and wouldn’t help otherwise. Rude customer services ! UPDATE THIS WAS NOT DAMAGED IN ANY SINGLE WAY!!! He used this twice as an experienced rider of a ktm!!!

Ordered two 16” electric balance bikes they came in 2 days , both brilliant for the price would buy again 100% recommend these guys

Brilliant service. Came last minute for a high end car and received it from abroad within 12 hours. Owner himself came to deliver it in the late hours.

We went in store today and we couldn't of been any happier. The 2 staff who were there was extremely helpful and got the cars down for my son to try .
We will be back in again in the future for another car and a quad .
I also forgot to ask for the personalized plates and they responded straight away and got them sorted and posted for me .

Customer service is terrible, they don’t seem to realise their three month warranty doesn’t override consumer law. Bought a 24v go kart, on a full charge it’s lasts 5/10 mins max. Was told it’s a faulty battery and then was sent a link to buy new batteries. Bought the kart in April so well within the 6 month period of a return or replace warranty BY LAW. Zero response since. One way street this company. Only interested in selling. First review I’ve left as I’ve never experienced anything like this when buying online. I own a large retail business myself. Annoying that people are still trying to get away with things like this.

Avoid.

First time using this Business and purchased a pedal bike for my son. I was so pleased with the speed of delivery. Lots of great options and competitive prices. A part on the bike broke within its first use and the customer service was excellent and sorting the problem for me. This has not put me using again if anything makes me more so to return. Thank you ever so much & my son loves his bike ! Will absolutely order again.

Absolutely love it Quality is amazing. Bought two electric cars for my 2 and 3 years old boys. Super fast delivery, great toy. Ordered another one to sister in law child's birthday . Can't wait to please my nephew as well. Great quality and easy to use. Very quick response from customer service as I used them to order one more and they help me with adding a new address to delivery

The overall experience was excellent from purchase to swift delivery the customer service was first class when I had any questions

Bought a new D38E from them, the very first ride got me about 10 miles (luckily I was at a mates & able to charge. If It'd not run out just before getting to his I'd have been in trouble). Now the 38 in the name is for the KM it can do ( roughly 23 miles). Anyway it's now doing 8-9 miles on drive per charge & has started making a funny noise..
It's still well within the 14 day warranty & has been used in accordance with the guidelines..
I reported this to Electric Ride on Cars who have totally fobbed me off in every way. From making me email them after a phone call. This I did then 2 hours literally "Sid" tells me I've got to contact Segway..
I bought it off you, it's up to you to replace it. Also why didn't you tell me this when I phoned?????
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY A THING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
