Quick delivery and potential problem with one of the items purchased sorted out without any delay.

Excellent customer service, discussed in full my order and answered all my technical questions. Split delivery to ensure speedy delivery of lights in stock and gave ETAs for remaining order. Each light had been individually checked before sending and labelled to show this. I also visited the shop prior to my purchase and their front of house service was equally as good. I placed the order well ahead of electrician fitting so we have yet to see the lights insitu but so far so good

Your firm had exactly what I wanted and at the right price. The item came within two days and was very well packed.

Sorry to have rated 2 stars in my first review and i do agree with ablectrics that it was delivered within 5 working days time frame, hence changing my rating from 2* to 5*. So nothing to improve here and I confirm that have received prompt service from electricsandlighting company.

This is the first time I have used Ablectrics. We visited their shop first and received great advice and help in a very friendly manner. I subsequently called the store on a couple of occasions as I needed further advice. On both occasions they were both courteous and helpful.

I ordered my lights via their website (which was easy) and received a phone call a few days later to advise me they had arrived. I had the option of having them delivered but, as we were away, it was better for us to collect them from the shop.

When picking them up from the shop the service I received was as friendly as it has been the whole way through. I would certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending,

Excellent service from a great local company. The staff in the Gloucester Road shop are friendly and helpful, the online ordering process was easy, I received a phone call to update me on the progress of my order, and cancelling one item I no longer needed was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
