Keep asking and reminding to review bought items without the items been delivered yet so freaking annoying. Would not recommend to buy from this company due to this. Since products aren't delivered yet I cannot review them.

Amazing service. Changing the front tyre on a M365 is not fun! Electric Scooters when above and beyond getting me up and running with a new honeycomb front tyre.
I would recommend them any day of the week.

Fantastic experience in buying my first Electric scooter, after a huge amount of research on different models, the Xiaomi M365 Pro was the one for me and ticked all the boxes. I bought it from Electric Scooters UK, ordered online then realised that they were 1 mile away from me, so contacted them and spoke to Danny and he came over the same day and delivered it to me personally, gave me loads of free goodies as well. He was a true gentleman and gave me plenty advice. A very pleasant experience thank you.

Good, reassuring correspondence prior to buying, scoot arrived and was perfect. Needed some more advice after it arrived on setting it up, mainly down to me being rather stupid and not wanting to read the instructions, but got a quick, helpful reply.
Would definitely recommend.

The delivery was fast and they were proactive in solving problems. One item was not shippend so the told me and shipped right away with no hassle. They also provided me with lot of support, both techincal and emotional ( :) ).

It all started when i was looking for the M365Pro scooter. they had the best price, but i was a bit hesitant since i live in Denmark and the scooter had to be delivered from the UK. I asked a bunch of questions and they were really responsive to all my concerns. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon, and they delivered it Monday first thing in the morning (even apologising that they couldn't make it earlier). The scooter got to Germany where all troubles began. DHL put it on hold with no further explanation. I was with them on the phone but i couldn't get to the bottom of it. The guys from ElectricScootersUK did a great job on tracking down what's going on and giving me all the updates they could get. Through no fault of their own, the scooter was still on hold so they just gave up on DHL and shipped me a brand new one with a different shipping provider. It got here in one and a half days from the moment they told me they shipped it, all as expected.
I think we would all give them 5 stars when everything goes smoothly, but i would give them more for how they handled the unforeseen problems. Kudos!

Great customer service from Danny!! Really pleased with my purchase.

Great service and great product either, came on next day , one minus is that it isn't with tracking, so really didn't have an idea was it shipped or not.

Feedback on questions etc was instant...nice Honest fella and very helpful. Would highly recommend 100%. Hate doing reviews but you gotta give where credits due. Alot things going for him and hope his business succeeds.

Danny and Hannah were really helpful, I emailed a question and they ended up CALLING me in the evening to give an in depth answer. My Xiaomi Pro arrived the very next day, and although the mudguard bracket wasn’t fitted, it was in the box as was the rest of my order. ESUK delivered, in every sense of the word!
