Super quick dispatch and delivery

Super quick dispatch and delivery. And unit has worked a treat to cool down our bedroom and even the landing (we are mid renovation and don’t currently have a door on the bedroom). I guess it is a little noisy but small sacrifice and didn’t stop us sleeping, if anything it becomes a comforting background noise! and I’m pregnant (third trimester) so if I can sleep with it on, I’m sure most people can.

Poor service

I paid for priority before 1pm delivery. The time slot I was given in the morning was either not adhered to by the delivery driver or incorrect leading to a missed delivery. I have attempted to contact the website however they only have a phone number and buried deep within there website they have a head of customer service email with I have yet to hear back from…. Not a good experience

Product is very practical once set up

Product is very practical once set up. Getting it up/down stairs maybe difficult if moving it alone. Item is a tad loud but that's only a minor issue. Hot air extractor hose pipe is a tad small so you may want to buy your own for it to be longer

I purchased an AC unit from electriQ in…

I purchased an AC unit from electriQ in 2024 (just under 2 years ago) for £400. It had been used maybe 20 times over that period (only when the heat in the UK was at it's highest). I got it out of storage a couple of days ago and the front fan wasn't operating, which stopped the cooling mechanism from working, so it was essentially completely useless.

Contacted support, out of warranty, and had to call every day for a week to understand how I could go about getting it fixed.

In the end I took it apart myself and diagnosed that it was a broken fan motor which is surprising seeing as it had hardly been used. Decided to ask if they have any spares, and have had to chase each day for an answer even after being told "wait 24 hours" during each call. Still no reply.

Oh - I was offered a £30 voucher to buy another electriQ appliance, which I definitely won't be using.

Ridiculously bad customer service, avoid.

-UPDATE: received news a couple of days ago that the part isn't available in their warehouse, and they can't tell me where to get one from. So it's now an expensive paper weight.

ElectriQ ei60INDTOUCH HOB

I purchased this hob from appliances direct in November of 2025. It has never worked with my 1400 cm base induction pans, even though they are bigger than the recommended minimum size. I have been in contact with appliances direct from the day after purchase and ElectriQ lately. They both had me jumping through hoops trying to blame the pans and even had me videoing the pans in use which showed they didn’t work. On appliances direct advice I even bought some new induction pans but they did not work either. Both companies refuse to accept there is a problem with the hob and will not make a refund. I should add that the pans do work on all rings of a friends induction hob.

I would never use this brand or supplier again. Be careful of which brand and supplier you choose.

I have today took delivery of a new hon and all pans work fine.
