I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery on a specific date, but on the day I received a text saying my order was delayed due to 'unforeseen circumstances' with no further explanation. No apology call, no alternative offered — just a one-line text rescheduling to the next day.

If you charge a premium for a specific delivery date, you should honour it. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend.

This air cooler is just a bigger fan, it doesn’t cool the room, yes I understand that was stated so you wonder why I bought it? I assumed air cooler meant it would be better than a fan, sadly it isn’t. It smells like fish which again is stated in the instructions but not very pleasant and a door or window must be left open which isn’t great when trying to avoid flies, warm air coming in.

Good service, fast communication and well informed with the delivery.

Very easy to buy on line and collect from the Castle Donington site. Very busy at the collection point but all staff were very helpful! Special shout to the chap who took the item out to the car and loaded it in. Not sure of his name, Slight built, Eastern European chap but a credit to the company.

An excellent quality air conditioner, heavier than expected but quieter in comparison to similar units - would recommend.
Easy to order, fast delivery and no unexpected issues. Three good reasons that have kept me a regular customer over the years.

It's quieter than other aircon, but "sleep" mode isn't. Seems to cool a small room reasonably fast. We have hinged windows, so I've had to vent through the gap and draw curtains to stop heat coming back in the room - not ideal. It has a remote, but not sure if we would ever use it. Delivery fine, although the provided delivery window was "all day".

Excellent service. Easy ordering process, comprehensive information, great communication and prompt delivery to the door. Freezer is great value with loads if room. It's absolutely silent- a welcome change from what it replaced

DPD failed to deliver for 2 days and had to be chase up to finally deliver

Ordered aircon unit for overnight delivery which never appeared on the next day. Was advised the delays in deliveries are being caused by the hot weather! Unit did not arrive the following day. After investigation unit was designated as lost before it got to the courier and the item is now out of stock so I cancelled.
Refund arrived but did not include shipping costs so just had to spend more time on the phone correcting that.
Not impressed ...but at least its raining now.
