Portable air conditioner was delivered very quickly and arrived undamaged (it's a large unit).

I was surprised how noisy it is on air con mode and I would say probably too noisy for an office or bedroom. The other modes, fan, dehumidifier and heater are more acceptable.

Fragile item. Delivered with care and understanding.

Item (replacement extractor filter) arrived badly damaged. Packaging was too flimsy to protect it.

As always smooth transaction throughout with appliances direct. I have purchased an elcriciQ product before and have been very happy with it.

It was definitely a smooth delivery no problems and very pleased with my fridge freezer the two men where very polite and where good at there job

Good quality build. All functions work but I would have to be deaf to have this machine in my bed room.
I’m am going to try it in the guest bedroom and leave the door open to see if I can get the cooling effect without the racket.
Otherwise I will give it away!!!

The express delivery was a day late and we had to wait in for 2 days. Not ideal.

Really easy to fit and works amazingly well. Fitted it in a static caravan which was like a greenhouse and now like a fridge!

We collected our aircon unit from Castle Donington. We had trouble finding the warehouse, as there were no signs on the Appliances Direct warehouse. Even the collection point didn’t have a sign indicating that it was the collection point. After being handed our aircon unit we were helped by a worker getting it to our car, which was very much appreciated. Leaving the large car park was also a case of driving around a bit as there were no exit signs. Please get some signs!

Currently refurbishing my buy to let! Delivery was great the appliance received good reviews and the price was very reasonable which convinced me to purchase it. However, the extended warranty is somewhat misleading as you are tied to the a repair/breakdown insurance with the company which is not included in the warranty - this I feel should have been made clear on the offset! Overall happy with purchase!
