The delivery time change twice and the end of the day no delivery waisting my time

My order was sent very quickly and was well protected. I'm very satisfied with my purchase !

Good products, good prices, fast shipment

The item arrived with broken package which I disposed as it was unusable. About a month later my product showed a hidden defect and I wasn’t able to use it anymore. I sent them a video showing the item and the defect causing an abnormal function. They gave me 2 choices either accept a 20 euro refund and keep the item even though it’s unusable or send it for reparation. I couldn’t send it as the package was damaged during the delivery and 20 euro refund couldn’t fix the item. At the end of the day I stay with a broken and unusable item and no compensation. Beware and use their services with a big caution! I would never buy anything from this company even if they were the last online seller on the earth!

Electro Star is my new opportunity to change everything I need at home. Price and material are good deutsche qualität. Vielen Danke.

Delivery took a little longer than previous orders , but still acceptable. Excellent value.

do not buy from them ! pay and ordered a bike and they don't have my order ? i called waited like 20 minutes and they hang up the phone on me saying they will pass someone else to me ! do not order from them ! scam alert

The worst online store I ever encountered!!!
almost 1 month I never get an update on my order and after I ask them it is only when an get an update and they cannot deliver it. I ask for my refund they said It will arrived in 3 days until now it's already 3 weeks and I never received any refund, I emailed them and I did not get any response until now. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

First time ordering from this company was a bit skeptical at first with finding through google but I can honestly say they are brilliant kept me in formed with every part of the process of being shipped from the warehouse can’t fault them would definitely recommend.

Reut Tal-or Horrible costumer service! no one is returning my emails or calls, they took the money but didn't deliver my purchase. That's called stealing!!!

Delivery was pretty fast given the current circumstances. Price was reasonable as well. I have already recommended the site to others

STAY AWAY from this company.
After I places the order - and paid for the the goods, they sent me the shipping notification, but I never received the goods.
I called the shipping company, who told me that they never received the customs documents from Electronic Star, so I wrote to Electronic Star several times, but never received a reply.
I finally got hold of them by phone (waiting time half an hour!) and a very impolite man told me that the goods were returned (because they sent the wrong customs documents).
They will reimburse me and I have to place the order again.
Waiting time is now 6 weeks to ship out the goods and the price increased from 350 EUR to 500 EUR!
So I asked politely why their company couldn’t provide the customs documents at first - and why they can’t send the goods to me, since the amount is already deducted form my credit card.
The man replied in a very rude way that he already told me what their procedure is and I have to follow it - he said - listen , I can explain it again to you, there is no explanation, this is our procedure. Follow it.
Needless to say, I never placed the order again and I will never buy again from them.
STAY AWAY from this company. I hope I at least get my money back.
