Communication and transparency about dishwasher being a floor model

Great communication

Ordering on line was easy and items were exactly as described. Delivery was on time and delivery men were friendly and respectful.

I bought a dryer on April 6 .
It has not worked and i can't get them to fix it , however I'm still paying every week on a product they sold me that doesn't work

Placed my order on the website and got overcharged due to what appears to be a backend programming issue in their online system. I selected a $130 delivery+installation service and during checkout it added and then later removed an additional $75 delivery fee. My final receipt didn't reflect this fee so I thought it was all good and sorted, but my credit card did. I was overcharged by $75. This made sense because when the delivery day arrived, the delivery crew's work order showed delivery -only- which caused them to refuse to install the washer and dryer I ordered until during delivery, their app updated and showed a separate work order for delivery+installation, like I paid for. I am still trying to get this matter resolved. I called EE customer support and they said their side only showed what was on my receipt, so I'd need to contact Synchrony and have them resolve the matter which I did, and they told me it will take upwards of 65 business days. Unreal.

Great salesman, arrived when scheduled and love the product.

Time was taken to understand my needs and wants and wants. The saleman did an outstanding job.

The associates. We were greeted and asked if we needed help, we declined, just wanted to browse. They gave us space to look around and then checked with us to see if we needed anything. Answered questions about products.

Sales rep was helpful and knowledgeable. They also helped me load the TV in the car!

The salesperson sold me an extended warranty I did not need and the next day when I went to pick up my new Speed Queen washer and dryer combo the manager reimbursed me the money I paid for the extended warranty I did not need. Most places would have just pocketed it.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He was very helpful in helping us choose the right washer and dryer. Products were very well displayed making it easier to compare brands and features. Prices are very competitive. More professional and pleasant experience compared to the large box stores.
