The salesman was forwarded dull of energy and listened to the wants of my wife and I. Even told us about the scratch and Dent appliances that may work well for us.

Everytime I go to Electronic Express it’s always a friendly staff with a smile greets you at the door ready to help. I show them what I want they know exactly what I’m looking for. I have used them for all my electronics and appliances needs you can’t go wrong with them.

Not a good please to shop over price on damaged products in customer service sucks

Excellent experience, from start to finish. I ordered a new washer/dryer set - at a great price - on Monday and had it by Friday. Delivery was very efficient and careful. Very impressed. Will shop here again.

The dishwasher I bought at the outlet store in Murfreesboro was sold to another customer! I purchased the dishwasher from John the general manager 4 weeks prior but he failed to label it as sold. This was very upsetting to me. He did refund me the money.

Sales team was very helpful, but to be honest I had already done my research and knew which TV I wanted prior to my purchase.
Where EE really came in to my purchasing decision was, at the time (March Madness), they were running the best financing in town! So not only did I get an upper mid-tier Sony 85" (X90K) for a great price (half off MSRP) but I also got 36 months no interest as well! Liked the quality of customer service so much that I added the 3yr product protection also. The math is going to work out to $100 a month for 26 months which I can easily budget. Electronic Express for the WIN!
