I have been scammed ordered a fridge freezer in April and still haven’t had my money back

do not buy from this site, no contact, internet fraudster. SCAM

We're not standing for it, though. We've already reported them to Fraud Action, and we're urging all of you who've been scammed to do the same.

Let's band together and put a stop to this nonsense. If you've been ripped off by this website, don't keep quiet about it. Report them!

DO NOT place an order through Electronic Guider it's a SCAM and FRUAD. I order a karcher K4 and said delivery within in 3-5 working days and yes I got an email confirming order being processed the next day together with couriers name Smart-shipper.com and tracking number and since then heard nothing. Chased them several times with no response Reported them to Action Fraud and had my my bank doing a chargeback and canceled my card, do the same , they are fraudsters.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Absolutely disgusting - don’t fall for their lies. Ordered a shark cleaner - didn’t receive email from them - sent online message and they said I had given wrong email and would resend. Found this reply from an Anthony Carrington with an order number. Fortunately bank picked up on this unusual amount from my account, got in touch with me and stopped it. This company is still trading online and should be taken down.
Warning sign - they don’t use PayPal so you end up putting your card number details on. NEVER EVER USE THEM. Evil people.

I ordered on 1st April. Nothing has turned up. I have had to wait until 1st May for my bank to look into this to get a refund of £200!

Same as all the others. How can this happen! Bought a washing machine for my family. They have taken my money and we are 29 days later and nothing! Totally criminal. Also reporting to action fraud but what to do? Crazy that this is even possible!

Ordered a fridge freeze as the price seemed reasonable. Later got a shipping email and tracking number.
A month later nothing ever showed, no one would answer emails or phone calls.

I like many others have fallen victim to this website. I "purchased" a Ninja Air Fryer from Electronic guider as it was advertised at around £80 cheaper than most other retailers, I thought I'd found a bargain but in reality quite the opposite as nothing was ever sent.

I was wary to begin with but as I couldn't find any reviews on the site and how well presented it was l, I assumed it would be safe, especially as Google was advertising them when I was looking for the air fryer.

Emailed the site regarding the delivery but I'm not expecting a response after reading the reviews on here.

Phone numbers provided on the website don't work.

I have contacted my bank to try and get this resolved.

After 4 days nothing tried to contact said place but nobody answered phone , online chat, nothing

I ordered an air fryer from this company. Got a thank you email and expected delivery date. Item didn’t come. I have contacted my bank and I am hoping for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Currently working with bank to get money back.
My mom who is elderly purchased from them and I have been trying to get in touch with no avail.

Police has been contacted and bank is aware of these parasites.

Hopefully the bank will reimburse my mom.

It’s a scam website and you will never get your goods.

I cannot believe this has not been shut down.

Alert the police and cancel your cards and call the fraud team with your bank if you fall victim to these.

THIS IS A SCAM !!! I ordered a Henry Hoover and got an immediate confirmation email of order , then 2 days later got a bogus email fir tracking my order . This never updated beyond " out for delivery" .
I trued to go back on the website and it said all advisors were busy. The phone number didn't work . Please avoid at all costs .

Ordered a pressure washer they took the money immediately got tracking number but no goods my bank are investigating and hopefully get my money back SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID !!!!! they need taking down and reporting

Scam - as reported this company is bogus. They say they have sent goods with a shipping number but nothing ever arrives.
Avoid at all costs.

Please do not use them, it is a scam.
Taken my money, but have never received fridge freezer.

I purchased online from electronicguider a fridge freezer for £ 113.00.
Paid them on the 08th April 2024, received an order acknowledgement.
On the 09th April I received an email confirming the goods had been shipped successfully and given a tracking number.
I emailed a guy called Anthony Carrington on the 09th asking why the shipment is expected to be delivered on the 22 April 2004 when I was informed before purchasing the product it was in stock in London and on a 3 to 5 day delivery.
I had a response from him saying due to the volume of orders it was causing delays! And check the smart shipper.com link he gave me.

It was supposed to have arrived yesterday, but nothing has and nobody will reply to my emails
I decided to look on trustpilot last night and was shocked to read that I am unfortunately not the only one.

Please please do not use them, they are fraudsters.
