Absolute scam - AVOID!!!!
Ordered an air fryer on 1st April, 6th April got a bogus link to track the parcel, said it was due to be delievered yesterday but nothing.
I went on google maps to look at the address and it’s just a random terraced house in London. No company who sells fridges, washers etc would operate from there!! I’ve reported this company to Action Fraud and contacted my bank for a refund.
Avoid at all costs, hopefully this website will get shut down soon.

SCAM/FRAUD. This is a scam website, I ordered a whashing machine that never arrived. The website is not legit together with their shipping courier smart-shipper that does not exist. I reported this to Lloyds, got the refund and they will investigate them. The location of the company is in Palmers Green London, checked on google view and its a residential side road. Telephone numbers provided on their website and your confirmation emails also do not exist. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. SCAM BIG TIME.

DO NOT place an order through Electronic Guider it's a SCAM and FRUAD. I order a karcher K4 and said delivery within in 3-5 working days and yes I got an email confirming order being processed the next day together with couriers name Smart-shipper.com and tracking number and since then heard nothing. Reported them to Action Fraud and had my my bank doing a chargeback and canceled mu card , do the same , they are fraudsters and may try to bump your card also

SCAM COMPANY. We ordered a pressure washer. As all other reviews, we received an email confirming order, then email to say it was shipped with fake shipping number. Link stops working and never moves past the label created. Nothing changed for 2 weeks. Order not received and contact details just ring out (mobile numbers). DO NOT ORDER)

Electronic Guider is a SCAM. I ordered a washing machine since April 4th, I got an acknowledgement mail and they said smart shipper will deliver within 3-5 days but up till now I haven't heard anything from them. Telephone numbers not going. It is a SCAM COMPANY.

Wish id read the reviews before ordering from this scam company, ordered a washing machine & not received it, phone the number & it just cuts off, no response to numerous emails, i can't believe I ordered from this disgraceful site, how are they still operating, agree with every single review, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam company that looks very real with its shipping numbers and tracking numbers. I suspect the emails they send are ai generated.

Scam company. Goods never received, emails unanswered, website chat function never responded.

I am another of this scammers' capers advertising products that he doesn't have. Fortunately, my internet-connection became faulty - purely because he didn't receive the payment that I'd sent.

I HAVE traced his address (by sheer chance) to a residential address in Palmers Green, London, although of course, it probably ISN'T his address at all.

I have successfully stopped the payment I paid to him dead in its tracks, thanks to my bank.

Like many others here I wish there was a nil star rating. I’ve just completed a section 75 claim on a Karcher washer. Despite emails no come back from the company. Avoid companies that appear too good to be true as they most likely are.

I should have come on here before ordering from this company. I ordered a Karcher power washer from them, very good website and totally believable with company address etc.
Money left my account next day followed by thank you for your order email, then a second email three days later saying goods have been dispatched plus a tracking number.
Tracking number worked for one day then said not recognised. Emailed them, no response! Did go on a chat line and was told I had been given wrong tracking number and a new one given. This worked but ETA long passed. So no goods arrived. I have been in touch with fraud department from my bank and am getting my money back and they say it is a scam and if this bogus company have a bank account they will get the money from it.

Frauds! Cheats! Scam website in conjunction with smart shipper. DONT TOUCH THEM! I've reported them to Action Fraud. Take your money but nothing will ever arrive. Bulgarian fraudsters.

This looks like a cheap company with electrical goods online but it is a scam, I ordered a fridge freezer for £242 on the 27th March got told a delivery date 2 weeks later no email with a time etc phoned the company calls just ended after one ring, got in touch with my bank yesterday luckily got the money back the same day

I don’t even want to leave one star !!! Purchased a washing machine and they have taken my money and ran with it !! Luckily the bank have sorted it for me and are investigating but these scam artists are very good !!! Company number belongs to another company so they are very clever !!! Disgusting and so frustrating

Totally agree with previous reviews their website & their Company number belongs to Fast Cleaners Ltd & when I phoned Fast Cleaners Ltd they knew nothing about this company (although not sure I was being told the truth). Stay well clear & cancel your credit card so they no longer have your details SCAM SCAM SCAM & MORE SCAM
