Appaling customer service, do not use them
I placed an order 08/06/25 today 10/07/25 It has still not been delivered Electrotres.com so called customer service say it left their warehouse 13/06/25 and is with EHD couriers, I just get excuse after excuse blaming the delivery company, I've asked for my money back twice but they do not respond. An appalling way to treat customers.

Do not buy from this store!! They take your money and do no respond to calls or emails. I still have no response and I purchased a dishwasher on 16/04 and have not received anything even though the website said the item was in stock and in store. Worst experience possible.

El día 26 de mayo de 2025 compré y pagué una lavadora en electrotres.es. En la web figuraba como disponible. Hoy es 15 de junio y no he recibido absolutamente nada. El servicio de atención al cliente es desastroso, evasivo y anónimo (ningún correo está firmado por un responsable). El proceso ha sido frustrante, poco transparente y completamente irrespetuoso hacia el cliente.
Mi historial de correos refleja claramente el problema:
El 29 de mayo pedí información y un enlace de seguimiento. Sin respuesta.
El 2 de junio volví a escribir. El 3 de junio me dijeron que la lavadora había llegado al "Hub regional".
Pedí aclaración: ¿por qué marcaban el pedido como enviado una semana antes si ni siquiera había llegado al centro de distribución?
Desde entonces, solo recibí respuestas vagas y repetitivas como “está en tránsito”, “la agencia se pondrá en contacto”.
Nadie se puso en contacto. Ni llamada, ni correo, ni entrega.
El 10 de junio, exigí la entrega en 2 días o el reembolso. Recibí una respuesta idéntica: “está en tránsito”, sin ningún dato concreto.
Hoy es 15 de junio. Han pasado 20 días desde el pago. No tengo la lavadora, no tengo reembolso, no tengo fecha clara de entrega. Es inaceptable.
He leído otras reseñas negativas de esta tienda y me doy cuenta de que mi caso no es único. Muchos clientes relatan situaciones similares: retrasos extremos, falta de comunicación, evasivas, cero profesionalismo.
Advertencia a cualquier cliente potencial: piénsalo bien antes de comprar aquí. ¿Quieres pasar por lo mismo? Yo no volveré a comprar jamás en electrotres.es.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.
On May 26, 2025, I purchased and paid for a washing machine at electrotres.es. The item was listed as available on their website. Today is June 15, and I have received nothing. The customer service has been disastrous, evasive, and anonymous (none of the replies were signed by a staff member). The whole process has been frustrating, opaque, and completely disrespectful toward the customer.
Here's a short summary of my correspondence:
On May 29, I asked when I could expect the delivery and requested a tracking link. No answer.
On June 2, I emailed again. On June 3, I was told the washing machine had arrived at the "regional hub".
I asked why the product was marked as shipped a week earlier when it had just arrived at the distribution center.
Since then, all I got were vague and repetitive responses, like “it’s in transit”, “the carrier will contact you soon”.
Nobody contacted me. No call, no email, no delivery.
On June 10, I demanded the delivery within 2 days or a refund. I received the same vague answer: “in transit”, with no real details.
Today is June 15. It’s been 20 days since payment. No delivery, no refund, no clear information. This is unacceptable.
I've read many other negative reviews about this shop and realized that my case is not an exception. Many customers report similar issues: extreme delays, lack of communication, evasive behavior, zero professionalism.
Warning to potential customers: think twice before ordering here. Do you want to go through the same ordeal? I’ll never shop at electrotres.es again.

SCAM, they are a waste of time.
They sent my cooker hood via a courier ( Man and a VAN ) who was clambering over parcels to get to my one. The Stainless Steel Hood was damaged. Contacted them immediately and every day for a week with NO response. Now have to raise the claim with my Credit Card issuer. Dont waste your time and effort with this company. !!

SCAM! This is the single worst web shop i have ever used. I a bought microwave oven advertised to be "in stock" after 1 week of no response i asked when i receive it and was told that its on the way from factory to their place. after another week i got information that it's actually not produced anymore and they offered to provide a different model. I told them that I don't like it and would like to have another one which they agreed to. after another week i got confirmation that the model i didn't want is on the way! i asked to cancel and get refund which i received after another 3 weeks. Altogether very bad communication, not replying or replying after few days. Avoid at all cost!

Very unserious supplier
Very unserious supplier. 30 mins after order I tried to contact them to cancel it as the measurement was not valid. 5 emails later to several emailaddresses without answer they delivered. So now we have an extractor that is useless. I ask all customers to be very careful dealing with this company. They for sure ignore email communication and have 0 customer service. They have several email addresses and you never use the right one (as they say I have used wrong email and referred to an email that they never have informed about). Very unprofessional behavior. 🙈
