Firstly false advertising of expected delivery
It is not 24-48 hrs it has taken over a week
Secondly I am disabled there is no where on any forms that advises that items will only be delivered to street not inside the house
I live Ona first floor with one flight of stairs and the delivery men refused completely to help me

CAREFUL!!!!! I have paid for the product 18 Oct. I have received the refund on the 21st of November. They didn’t have the product while buying, tere was no warning and I needed it urgently. The reason I bought it at Electrotres was that they send goods for the customers in 24-48 hours. So I had to cancel the purchase. Every time I call or write them they keep telling that I am wright and that they will check the situation with the responsable department. They use “mañana“ policy. Not recomended at all. Too much waisted time and energy.

CUIDADO ES UNA ESTAFA!! Pedí una lavavajillas el 11/12/20 que iba a llegar en 5-6 dias y aun no lo tengo - hoy es el 27/1/21. No contestan emails y es muy dificil a contactarles por teléfono. He hablado con unas mujeres en su oficina y siempre dicen que van a solucionarlo y que me llamarán con nueva fecha de entrega , pero nunca me llaman. Estoy harto de sus mentiras y retrasos y voy a denunciar la empresa a comisaría y reclamar el dinero robado de mi banco .
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY !! Do not order from these thieves - I ordered a dishwasher on 11/12 - over 6 weeks ago - with delivery in 5-6 days and it still hasn't arrived. They never answer emails and hardly ever answer the phone . On the rare occasions i've got through and spoken to various women they always say they will call me back with a new delivery date but they never do. I am denouncing them and reclaiming the money they have stolen .
