Good product …But delivery and communication could be better

Love the flyers. Really high quality flyers. It is second time we order. The only thing was that it was not on time. Without getting informed, we called them because it was taking time, and we got told that the order got lost in the system. And because of this mistake, we missed out on it on the event where we needed it. But they were very good in fixing the problem, and sent it right away and we got it around 4 working days later, so we could have it on the next event.

So if you order and you know you need your product within 2 weeks, I recommend to call them from the moment you pay and make sure your order is on it's way! :)

We have reviewed your order and can see that it was produced, shipped, and collected from the parcel shop you selected on 24/02/2026. Because of this, we are having difficulty reconciling your description with the information we can see in the case.

We also cannot find any emails from you regarding anything missing, and no one in our customer service team recalls having spoken with you about the order being lost.

Five stars for quality

There was a long build up to my order. As this was for my first shop it was the first time I’d ordered anything like this before, so I asked for help well in advance on what my best options would be.

Hans had the patience of a saint as he answered all my questions, organised a sample and checked my order before the final print.

There was a mix up with the delivery date that I’d asked for specifically, but with some running around I managed to get it all… and the quality is excellent. Window foils, shop signs and more.

Very bad quality and wrong colors

I had a very disappointing experience with Elefantprint. My order arrived with the wrong color what should have been dark blue came out brownish. I contacted them and they apologized, promising to send a corrected version. Unfortunately, the second order was also wrong and arrived in a grey tone instead of the color requested.

For the prices they charge, I expected professional-quality printing, but the results looked like low-quality home printing. This has been one of the worst print experiences I’ve had. Very disappointingI would not recommend them based on my experience.

Stay away from this company.

I have ordered a premium floormat with custom logo in the beginning if January, fully paid mid Jan, 5800kr. They advised it will take 3 weeks for the production which I wasn’t very happy with but I accepted. After 3 weeks there was no communication from the company regarding my order, so I wrote an email (due to my email address has changed in the meantime). After 2 emails and a week gone, there was no response. So I called them up, the said they should receive the item in the next few days then it will be sent out. Then no communication again, so I called them again. This was a Wednesday, they advised they will receive the item on that week by Friday so I should have it delivered on the following Monday. I didn’t. On Tuesday I called again - apparently it hadn’t been sent out yet, but they are sending out now so I should receive it shortly. Again - I didn’t. So on Friday I called again, they said it still hadn’t been sent out, but they are looking into it, do I need it on the same day (Friday) or is it ok on Saturday. I said it’s ok on Saturday. 2 hours later I received an email saying that as I was told on the phone they are looking for the item (that’s not wahat I was told) and they are chasing the supplier now and will get back to me, and “in case it hasn’t been produced would I want to start a refund process”. No apology or anything in the email.

At this point I had enough so I emailed back that this is very unprofessional, and I would like to know what is happening on the same day with my order as this is for a client for a studio build and he has been waiting for over 6 weeks for this so the build can be finished. Again - no response from the company. So I called today and asked for a full refund, this is a joke, that is a very expensive product which they allegedly sell, fully prepaid, and they just casually advice after 6 weeks that “oh it might not have been produced”.

No I have to somehow explain this to my client..

I am currently waiting for their confirmation email regarding my refund - and the actual refund now. Let’s see how that goes.

Poor communication, long waiting time which ended in no product which was prepaid at 5800kr.

I hope this will help someone to make a good decision and avoid this company.

Once it became evident that we could not deliver your product within a reasonable timeframe, we offered a full refund. Following our conversation today, the refund has now been processed, and we hope you will receive the full amount shortly as expected.
