Fridge freezer is great, to say most stuff have marks/faults we were lucky to find this one, it has nothing wrong with it at all! and the delivery crew, can’t fault them! Thanks guys! Helped us out massively.

Was searching for a new washing machine and found ElekDirect. Advised product was slightly damaged but this was minimal and no effect on the working or cosmetic looks of the product. Will use them again for any white goods. Fantastic delivery service

Purchasing online was smooth and easy, communicating after purchase was good, delivery information was sent and the delivery was quick. The delivery operative were well mannered and helpful.

We had an issue with an appliance, nothing to do with ElekDirect, but they dealt with the issue very quickly.
We had another one sent to us quickly and always kept us up to date with what was happening.

Whilst looking for a new washing machine I came across ElekDirect and was glad i did!, exactly the same machine was at least £50 more at the main retailers, arrived as promised and there are no visible problems scratches or marks on it, defo worth it.

Brilliant fridge at a great discount considering the tiniest bit of damage on the item. Very fast delivery and the fellas that delivered it were great. No problems so far but only had it a few weeks. Will definitely look there again in future.

We normally don't like to buy something which we haven't seen in person but despite not being able to physically see the fridge freezers, the photographs were very clear and the damage was clearly signed and described. The team delivered within the promised time slot and the online tracker allowed us to see how close the delivery was. The lads who delivered the item were polite and cleaned up after themselves. When we inspected the fridge freezer up close, the damage was less than we were expecting and hardly noticeable. We got a great discount because of the damage.

Got my American style fridge freezer at a very good price. The cosmetic damage is unnoticeable without a magnifying glass! Delivery team were great, contacting me a few hours before, and then 30 minutes before arrival. I had disconnected my Old unit, but they couldn’t get it out of the door and were quite happy to dismantle it further to allow them to remove it. All round a good experience.

Ordered a graded FF. Exactly what we expected. Quick, clear communication regarding delivery and updates throughout the day, so I knew when to expect delivery. They took old FF away. New FF is brilliant so far!

Second time ordering an appliance through ElekDirect, experience great both times. Appliance arrived as described, delivery date/time was updated as and when needed. Had an hour window in the end so didn't waste my whole day. Drivers were helpful and nice. All around great experience!

Brought an oven from these, delivery service was quick and lovely guys. It developed a manu fault where I was sign posted to the manufacturer for repair. Issue sat with them for 6 weeks with me having to chase. Finally the manufacturer agreed to replace.
Came back elek direct at 9.40am and by 10.40am I have a replacement being delivered the next day. 6 emails passed between us with people who are real, understanding and showing pride in their company. Dale was amazing saw this through from start to finish. Cannot fault the aftercare service and the initial experience was good too. And all this less than a week before Christmas. HIGHLY Recommend.

Great experience. My appliance arrived on date chosen and the guys were lovely. This is my second time using elek direct and would use again.

Can't fault the delivery or the lovely delivery drivers. What I will say is the damage to the item I bought was larger than in the photograph. So either it wasn't a photograph of the freezer I received or it sustained more damage from the time of purchase to the time of delivery. However, that said it is only cosmetic and the freezer works as it should and I didn't pay full price. So on that note I am happy.
