bought a fridge at £100 cheaper compared to other suppliers. The only imperfection were two vary small dents on the side which you barely notice. The website clearly highlighted the damage so nothing was hidden. Fridge works perfectly. Delivery was good too. Delivery company contacted me to agree date and kept me informed on the day of eta.
Will definitely use again.

The Indesit oven I purchased was one which was being sold with a number of dents and scratches identified and therefore looked to be good value. The ordering process was straight forward and delivery was simple to organise. On delivery, the dents and scratches were barely noticeable.
Although the delivery crew were coming to the end of a long day and fairly wet day, they were very helpful.
I was very pleased with whole process.

The Samsung fridge/freezer arrived very quickly and I’m extremely satisfied with it. It works perfectly, looks modern, and has plenty of space for both the fridge and freezer sections. Overall, a great purchase and excellent value for the money.

Couldn’t fault the guys they were really friendly. I’d been scammed couple weeks prior over a washing machine I was concerned I was going to be again the team in the end of the phone were lovely reassured me every time I called naturally I was concerned and apologised for the constant calls but they understood why. Both customer service and delivery drivers I can’t knock, I must have got on their nerves with the constant calls 🤣 but they were lovely. Ant future orders I need il definitely be ordering again. Ordered a plumbed water dispenser fridge freezer and was shown clearly where any marks were before ordering. Very pleased with everything - communication, delivery all very good. Would recommend and would use them again.

Excellent service. I needed a fridge freezer for the garage so I looked here because I wasn’t too worried about dents and scrapes. I watched the stock options over a 3 week period and eventually ordered a Bosch. Wow, one tiny little ding in the side of the door, which you can see but can just about feel. Delivery seamless and we were contacted with what turned out to be an accurate delivery window. I’d definitely consider buying again in future.

Bought a samsung HW990F wireless surround sound system from these guys and because the box was slightly blemished it was half the price that currys currently charge. so Absolute Bargain! System works perfectly no damage and there delivery service is spot on! Dont pay inflated prices check these out First! Exellent and as for the soundbar system its simply Brilliant!

Product was as described and and packaged well. Communication was great from the Eleckdirect and the delivery company. Unfortunately I paid for the collection of my old fridge freezer, unfortunately the didn’t take it and my builder had forgotten but they also didn’t ask about it or remind him.
Had to call them up to arrange a collection which was ok and the company called to arrange a time and date to suit me

The product is great brand new still in packaging. delivery lads dropped in house was very polite. Easy contact with the company

The service I recieved was excellent. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Ordered freezer, which was much cheaper than anywhere else. All imperfections where shown clearly on photos, but to be honest when it was delivered it looked in perfect condition. Could of had it delivered within 48 hours, but chose to wait an extra day. The only thing was I was told they'd contact the day before with a 4 hour timeslot, which they didn't, so was up early just in case. Still no times lot, went online and managed to track order myself. (That's why I've only given 4 stars) The delivery blokes were wonderful and helped my husband unbox item so it could be checked before they left. Very polite and friendly. Great product, great delivery guys.

Great deal, clear photos of minor defects, great to be able to choose delivery day, delivery guys were great and probably broke a world record for getting a fridge up a flight of stairs!

Lots of choice on their website and the photos clearly show if any imperfections on the appliances, I bought a candy washing machine which didnt have any scratches or dents on, they have great customer service and the tracking system they use is very handy as you can see when they are near by and how many drops are before your slot.
I will recommend to anyone who needs a new appliance at a cheaper price, they give you the option or removing your old appliance and if you require plumbing it in which I think is handy if you can't do this your self. Took the stress out of replacing an appliance this close to christmas 🎄
