Good quick service
Good quick service, item as described great. replaced my old Halogen Bulbs with Philips MASTER LED MR16'S, they work perfectly and even work with the Dimmer switches. Note my transformers which are 20 Odd years old are the"Possum v99 60va Electronic Tranny" Yellow and green coloured. I tried 1 bulb first which worked, then replaced most of the others.

Terrible customer service, is this a scam?
Almost 3 weeks after I placed an order and paid but I have received NOTHING. No order confirmation, no tracking numbers, no communication at all, no reply to my email asking about estimated delivery, no customer service what so ever. They were however very efficient at taking funds from my credit card. No idea if this is a scam or just terrible customer service.
