Hi Marisa, I am so sorry to hear that your expectations were not met. We picked up the flowers the morning of your order from our local wholsalers so they were as fresh as possible. We used a mix of local roses and imported Columbian roses and preserved hydrangea - all premium varieties. The size of the bouquet was very very large. Please let me know what we could have done differently.
