Brilliant service from initial enquiry to installation and set up. I’ve never used Element 3 below but they came up as an approved installer via the Nest website. Contacted them along with a couple of others for a quote. They were quick off the mark in terms of getting in contact and continued that trend whilst discussing dates and costs. Kept me updated and even sent through an electronic calendar invite. They even contacted me again with a cancellation spot to see if I wanted the bring my booking forward.
One the day the visiting engineer called prior to attendance to advise on time. The engineer was polite and very amicable. Happy to explain what they were doing whilst they carried out the work. Following installation they went through the step by step set up and even gave me a few tips. Can’t fault Element 3 in any way. Will definitely use them again and recommend.

I had a new boiler installed by Element 3 Heating just over 2 years ago. The installation team were extremely efficient and courteous. They covered all carpets to minimize any mess. Each year I have the boiler serviced and I receive the same excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Element3 highly enough. They came to install a Google Nest, and it was a more complicated job than expected because of how my boiler was set up. The engineer was super helpful, patient and friendly and took the time to show me how everything worked and get me set up with the Nest app. The entire experience from my first enquiry was great, and they even cost less than the other companies I looked at.

Brilliant team! Would highly recommend. From contacting Faye to book and appointment for an engineer to install a Nest thermostatic, to the installation, it all went smoothly with no issues at all. Johan, was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Their prices are also quite competitive. All in all, super team, can't fault them!
