I've used Element 3 for a few years for my central heating maintenance and they are the most professional organisation I've ever used for this. They always do a thorough job and are very responsive and courteous.

I needed to remove my warm air heater and nearby trunking to make space for household cleaning items and equipment. From first contact to job completion Element 3 worked speedily and efficiently. I have no hesitation giving them a 5 star rating.

I’ve had the good fortune to work with and had work done by Element3, over a number of years. Very professional, always ensuring that the job is ‘properly done’, I’ve recommended them to my favourite clients. On one occasion, one of my clients had a combination of wet & dry underfloor heating systems that had never worked properly following an extension to his house. He had paid for an install and two further call-outs (gas engineer prices!) and was at his wits end. I got Johan in, and he quickly diagnosed: incorrect wiring, conflicting thermostats (removing one), and upgraded the flue to expected safe standard. The client was over-joyed. I only use Element3 for important jobs (/my boiler (Vaillant) servicing). Highly recommended, always a comprehensive job.

I had a nest doorbell installed last week. The young man that came was on time, very clean and tidy and was very helpful and pleasant. Also it was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing.All was not totally straightforward from my end but he found a solution and did a very good job.I am very happy.

After many years of using a major gas supplier to also service or boiler and central heating system, we were becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the level of service. We used Elements 3 to install a Nest system and were very impressed with the quality of their work. We decided to ask them to carry out the next service on our system. This was completed last month. They were very thorough and clean and tidy, something we had not noticed with previous engineers. We consider that this service was good value for money and gave us peace of mind that the job had been done properly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Elements 3 to anyone.
