First time using this company but after reading reviews I gave it a go as I needed my oven fixed and their prices were really good. Ordered Thursday and received it Monday. As described, has been fitted and oven now working perfectly. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed in the future.

I was told by a work colleague a few years ago how reliable and how prompt the service of the Element man was, I required a new element for my CDA oven, Ordered Tuesday arrived Thursday, My oven was up and running again Thursday afternoon, I highly recommend the service and the quality of the products, Thank you very much indeed for such a great service and communication from the onset,

Initial issue with delivery of our heating element by Royal Mail and Kevin swiftly sent a replacement with no additional charge to us and prompt responses plus follow to check we had received the replacement.

Needed to urgently collect replacement element for my son's oven, located on website late evening 13th May and received in stock confirmation this morning 14th May and available to collect anytime today. Collected and fitted, oven back in working order. Excellent service, this specialist supplier is a godsend, so long may he continue in business.

Needed a replacement element for my Mother-in law's very old Pro-Line oven- a brand which was exclusive to the long gone Comet store, so not going to be easy to source. Contacted Element Man who advised on replacement. As I live in B'ham was able to visit and take failed element. He found suitable replacement at a very reasonable price.
Store is not really a "shop" you can go into, more of a store room crammed with boxes of elements, behind a small shop front, can't go in but need to knock door and he brings item out to you.
Very pleased with my experience, these small specialist suppliers are a godsend, so long may they continue!

I have used these people on several occasions and every time I have received outstanding service. Ordered Sunday arrived Wednesday and grill all up and running again.

Bottom element went out my Britannia Delphi. The Element Man site lets you search for the exact model number of your oven / cooker to match the element you need. I found the exact replacement for half the price of Britannia Spares site. All my questions were answered in a very timely, professional, courteous and friendly manner. I got 48hr tracked shipping for a few quid, you can pay a bit more for 24hrs if you have more urgent baking needs (I didn't).

Kevin and the guys at T.E.M. truly know their industry. They source product from OEMs and don't add massive markup and sell to what seem to be close to wholesale prices.

Interestingly, I initially went to the Britiannia Spares site, and their site recommended the WRONG element - I only knew this when I took the original out to compare the photo to the actual. Even though you can match model numbers, I would recommend pulling the faulty element out, testing it with a multi-meter if you have one to make sure it is dead, then matching the photo to your specific item. If you don't have a multi-meter, a quick visual inspection of the element you may see cracks, breaks or swelling telling you it is faulty.

Ordered on a Friday afternoon just before cut off time, paid the extra delivery charge for Saturday delivery, replacement part was in stock and arrived on time.
So impressed order commitment for next day delivery was fulfilled for such an important part in our home to get us functional again.

Top notch service and communication. I placed an order for a replacement oven element from the 'elementman' company in Birmingham, UK,. but the tracking details I received could not be confirmed by Royal Mail. I emailed my concern about this to 'elementman' requesting their advice and included a screenshot of what Royal Mail noted as a status issue. Kevin from 'elementman' replied very promptly saying he would investigate and get back to me, which he did (again very quickly). He let me know there were issues at the Mail Centre and tracking would be available that same evening. However, just a couple of hours later I got an email that it was on its way together with tracking details for the item. The item arrived next day and was installed and oven cooked meals were available again. The service received from Kevin at 'elementman' helped allay my concerns about the tracking. Kevin dealt with the issue promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company and use them again.
