So pleased to have found The Element Man. Not only did they have piece I needed at the cheapest price out of anywhere else I’d seen, but when I had a query about it afterward, they couldn’t do enough to help me with it. Will definitely use again.

Useless, sent two emails with photo, s of element. I also phoned them they said they haven't received email. We was having to cope with no cooker. So we went to another supplier based in Liverpool, they were excellent prompt delivery. I just wouldn't bother with this company again there are better people out there just tried to stay local for speed how wrong I was. A. W Faulkner

Received an email after ordering my Creda cooker element within ten minutes saying that my order had been dispatched, arrived two days later. Great price and great quality product.

An element on my Bertazzoni cooker failed but I could not identify the correct replacement. Phoned Element Man and was given quick and accurate advice so I could order the correct part. When ordered it arrived very quickly. It fitted perfectly and the cooker is as good as new. Great service all round.

Had ordered Item for next day delivery (£8.99 paid). I had ordered before 4pm as it set out on Element Mans website. My order confirmation email proves that that this is the case. Spoke to someone at Element Man who was very abrupt and denied that I had ordered before 4pm even though i can prove it.
What a waste of time and money.
Will not be using them again partly due to the abrupt nature of the person whom i had spoken to.

I looked online for oven elements near to me, and found the Element Man, not too far away and open on Saturday. I'd come home on Friday to be told the power had gone off when the oven was turned on. So, I took the back off and tested the elements and two out of three were dead. So, took them all out and got the part numbers and called the Element Man. This was 11 on Saturday morning, and they closed at 12, and are about an hour from me. They stayed open for me, and even waited for me to find a working cash point - and made sure that all three elements were correct, disposed of the old ones and were so helpful.
It's really good to find the parts I needed, but excellent to have found the Element Man, thank you both so much!

Ordered an element for a leisure cooker. Communication was great, part arrived quickly and well packaged. Installed element today and all in working order. Very happy, competitive prices.

Dead oven on NY ‘s Day .... 7 years old with one very careful owner - ha ! Husband did the research and pretty sure element had blown so ordered relevant Bosch model number and paid extra for next day delivery. Result ! So, so happy as we were resigned to having to replace and there are just other more entertaining things I like to do with my dosh. Thank you !

Bought a genuine EGO element which is the same as my original Bosch factory fit element. Cannot understand how they sell it for less than half the price of others but I am not complaining. Only been in 2 weeks so far but no problems.

First communication good via e mail ordered an element and was not given tracking information chased this up and told its coming next day.
Did not arrive and this is day Five. Tried to phone and kept phoning no answer. This does not inspire confidence or trust.

My experience to date has been poor.
I am still awaiting a response from an email so cannot say further.
I have complained as asked why no answer and why no delivery and why no tracking number.
