I have been charged for a subscription that doesn’t exist, so I can even cancel it. The support chat is not helpful and you can’t close it because you won’t get a reply! Waste of money

Maricar was very helpful and knew what the issue was and how to solve it, as well as ensuring me it's something they're aware of and actively working on fixing. The automatic AI chatbot before that though was actually awful and should be removed from the site.

From Brand Ambassador to Deeply Disappointed: A Farewell to Quality
I am writing this with a heavy heart, as someone who was once one of Elementor’s most vocal and enthusiastic supporters. At one point, I believed in this product so much that I served as a testimonial for Elementor, appearing on their official website to advocate for the tool. Today, however, that pride has turned into profound disappointment.
Over the last few years, I have watched the software's quality decline steadily. While the team continues to push out new, flashy features, the foundation is crumbling. Incalculable bugs remain unpatched for months, and the code has become increasingly bloated, leading to sluggish page speeds that are difficult to optimize. It feels as though the pursuit of "more" has completely overshadowed the commitment to "better."
The breaking point came recently when a technical glitch locked me out of my own account for over 24 hours. As a professional, being unable to access my tools meant my work was completely paralyzed.
The technical support is effectively nonexistent. Despite providing detailed reports and screenshots, my tickets often go completely unanswered. It is disheartening to feel invisible to a company you have championed for years.
I currently hold the top-tier "Agency One" plan, but I can no longer justify the investment. It simply isn't worth the cost. I will be downgrading to the lowest possible profile upon renewal, solely to maintain my existing licenses, but our journey with Elementor ends there. We have officially decided to stop using Elementor for all future projects.
To my fellow developers and agency owners: be cautious. This is no longer the high-quality product it used to be. It is a sad realization, but Elementor has lost its way, and more importantly, it has lost the trust of its most loyal users.
