Ordered one day delivered the next amazing service

Poor customer service.
Felt that even though we were spending £2000 we were felt that this was an insignificant amount compared to what she was used to selling 3/4 thousand plus.
Rude female staff, wouldn't commit to delivery date. Was told when I first went in that we could get that weekend, next day she told us that she couldnt commit to any date as so busy and up to delivery company and could wait weeks. In the end we didn't but I bought for quick delivery being a bonus. Wouldnt buy from them again

Firstly, this is a genuine experience i'm uploading to TrustPilot. Secondly, Elements Garden Furniture are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They delivered on time. Installed the product with no fuss whatsoever. When I visited their showroom in Bishops Stortford they were so helpful and genuinely friendly. Can't recommend them enough. You will be hard pushed to find service like it elsewhere.

Absolutely love Elements store in Bluewater. Can easily spend an hour walking round, looking at all the interesting stuff they have for sale. Staff are ALWAYS helpful and their customer service is fantastic. Ordered dining and corner sets, and some other bits for my garden and can’t be satisfied more with the quality of product and the professionalism of staff (especially Ella) explained in full detail about the fabrics and their maintenance, what the process would be and assisted by selecting the best items for my needs. She also sent me fabric samples, pictures and was assisting me all the way through up to delivery day and even after. Their lead time was met precisely and all correspondence in the meantime was clear and concise.. If you are looking for really good quality garden furniture - then this is the place to go.

She spent an age with us showing the various options with amazing product knowledge and patience
We placed the order and due to our overseas commitments had to delay the various delivery dates offered which was met by Elements relaxed flexibility
Great company great products, we have a Villa in Spain which I now know they deliver to and wouldn’t hesitate to use them to refurnish there as well

So lovely to be able to go to a shop to see garden furniture, had enough of buying stuff on line that turns up rubbish! This shop has the best contemporary styles, feels like indoor furniture outside, not out-of-date rattan. Jade was extremely helpful, knowledgable & not pushy. Roland & Russell also really helpful too delivering a week earlier than we though and everything turned up perfect! Also, 10% cheaper than elsewhere, Thank You, will recommend and buy again, it all looks amazing, roll on Sunny Weather 🤩

The staff are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Ella in the Bluewater store who helped me choose my garden furniture for my new home. Delivery was super quick. Couldn't be happier with my purchase in time for the summer!

I have just purchased a selection of garden furniture and a pergola from Elements Home and garden. I met Russell initially at the Bluewater outlet and he helped me plan what I needed and choose various items. The items have just been delivered and set up. The results are stunning. The pergola is sturdy and very good quality for a very good price. The furniture all matches perfectly and is also great quality at a great price. Russell and his team have been extremely helpful throughout. I am thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Elements Home and Garden. I will certainly be using them again for my next project.

I would recommend elements for their top quality garden furniture,the staff were very knowledgeable about their products and assisting us with the best furniture for what we needed. The delivery was prompt and drivers assembled everything in position. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

The staff at elements were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in advising the perfect furniture for us. Delivery was very fast and the team that delivered the furniture put everything together for us and we are super happy with our purchases

Initial delivery was good but there was a problem with the parasol which was contentious and involved a disagreement with the company. Reluctantly I accepted that there was not conclusive evidence that it was faulty however what followed was completely unacceptable. I was firstly ignored with emails not being responded to and phone calls and messages not being returned. I was then told the manufacturer did not do replacement parts and I would have to purchase a replacement parasol. Several emails followed and eventually I decided to contact the manufacturer directly. They were able to supply a replacement part (which Elements told me they couldn’t do) and gave fantastic support to resolve the problem at a cost of £40 for the part rather than £400 for the replacement parasol offered. As yet I have had no response from Elements to my latest emails.

It seem as others have commented there is no customer service beyond point of sale and a complete disinterest to helping resolve any issues. I will not be using Elements again and have spent most of the summer trying to sort this out. It is really not acceptable and is an insulting way to treat their customers.

Friendly and efficient at the shop and the delivery was spot on.
I have shopped there before and as always very happy with my purchase.
