Why can't I be billed
I'm trying to add another vehicle and they're requesting me to pay the difference up front. Why can't I be billed for the difference?

The absolute most ignorant auto insurance company you will ever come across. I would AVOID them at all cost! They're a gimmick, at best. Horrible communication, difficult to work with, and give you very little for your money.
