Elephant Insurance is really easy to switch too and save money.

It was fast and the rate given was lower than others. Over the past 5 yrs with this vehicle I average 7 miles per day. People with vehicles worth 5x's my cars values are paying 10x's less than I am per mile.

I don’t believe hit a deer should have been an accident that was used to increase the quote that is was give.

I switched to elephant insurance less than a year ago after my previous carrier over doubled my rates when I hadn't had an accident or a claim in over 20 years. Unfortunately 10 months in with elephant. A deer struck our vehicle totaling it. Not knowing what to expect, Elephant stepped up to the plate within 24 hours of reporting the accident. The vehicle was already considered totaled, within 4 days the vehicle had been towed and removed from my land. Then within 15 minutes of me getting a tracking confirmation that my title to the damaged vehicle had been delivered to Elephant I received a notice from Elephant that the funds for the vehicle had been deposited in my account. The only slow part of this whole process was waiting on the us mail to get the title to them. This was my third time working with an insurance company having been driving for 35 years and the previous 2 times was a nightmare. Elephant made the whole process simple and quick. I was never made to feel bad about using the insurance like previous times. I can not stress how they made a bad situation so much better!
